We very much enjoyed staying at this hotel, the vibe, rooms, bar, breakfast, restaurant were all excellent. The rooms were clean and warm , shower is good. The staff were all friendly and lovely. Everything felt very cool and laid-back they worked hard to make our experience excellent. The location was brilliant for exploring Vienna‘s art galleries’s , museums, Christmas markets and easy access from the airport.

We were sent here because of an issue with our preferred hotel. Theme of the hotel was carnival/circus. It was a jumble of mess. We were given a room about 10 x 10. No place to put luggage, it was their smallest room, and there were 2 of us. Forget about sleeping. Who can sleep with a mural of a tattooed man with a huge snake. Never again!!

I paid for a "Gigantic" room and got a medium attic room. The bed was not King Size either. In addition, it was not comfortable. Nice service and great breakfasts do not compensate for the discomfort. I do not recommend. The smallest room Gigantic 32 m2

Location is great. Close to the museum quarter, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. The rooms are so unique, very welcoming and comfortable! Highly recommend for solo travelers, as well. The front desk is able to hold your luggage if you are early for check in or would like to explore the city more after check out.

Hotel located close to Museum Quartiers and walking distance to Kartner and Graben shopping streets. Hotel and rooms are decorated in vibrant, fun and circus themed colors. Plenty of corners where you can take instagramable photos. Service is a bit impersonal but hotel staffs are helpful. There is a rooftop bar. Unfortunately whether was a bit too cold for us to enjoy our drinks outside. For those who like to cycle, they provide rental bicycles too. All in all, a great hotel to stay in Vienna.
