Very nice hotel - excellent location, very good and friendly service. What I didn't like is that breakfast wasn't included in the price. At 25 EUR per person, my family is of five, I decided to skip. Also, there's no fridge in the rooms. I don't know if that is with intention or they were replacing the old ones.

We stayed at the hotel for six nights, our second stay there. It is extremely conveniently located for access to public transport, but also for walking into the city. The building has a lovely historic atmosphere and there is a seating area on the ground floor where you can read or chill out. Our room was really nice, spacious and with a cozy chaise and reading lamp, which turned it into a quiet area to relax - more than just a bedroom. There are coffee and tea making facilities and a tablet for guest use, so you can get information on sights, for example. Breakfast is excellent, the wide variety of food and drink left no wish unfulfilled. The staff are attentive, friendly and always helpful. It was particularly nice to recognize some staff members we met last year. In this fast paced world this speaks of continuance and of being happy in the job. We really enjoyed our stay, it felt like having a home in the city.

The hotel is well located in the city center with easy access to public transportation, very good restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The rooms are very clean with adequate facilities and nice toiletries. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable rooms, professional and very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Numerous places to eat and within a quick walk (including a great Irish pub!) Will recommend to others.
