We had excellent care from the reception team from arranging extra towels to getting an umbrella for the rain. They were cheerful and helpful and spoke good English. We definitely stay here again and other All Accor hotels. A very comfortable stay.

Very good hotel, good location and very helpful friendly staff, especially Andrea from the front desk. The only downside- no minibar in the room. Other than that, perfect

Our six nights in this hotel were most enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. Our room was quiet. There was no mini fridge for storing cold drinks but the reception staff very kindly provided us with ice upon request. A shelf and some hooks in the bathroom are suggested. There was almost no space for toiletries.

Based on All Accor app showing the hotel had availability for 5 nights up grad I went there late evening of may 20 . I asked the receptionist if they had rooms availability and she confirmed, then I introduced my self and requested for a check in for 5 nights using my suite nights up grad . She asked for my nationality then rejected my request pretending that suite bathroom was out of order I argued the idea being listed for up grad and insisted to check the suite together . We did and found no problem then she agreed to give only one night up grad . Up on my dissatisfaction and insistence she called her GM in front of me and heard her repeating my Arab nationality and after 15 minutes of conversation with her GM she agreed to give 2 nights up grad , I then agreed being late at night and had no place else to go . The next morning they refused our breakfast pretending it was not included while all others were included . I went up to room and looked out from window to find a cafe near by and suddenly noticed Israeli flag hooked up on the next trace of same building . I then realized the causes behind all those rejections and mistreatment and the fact I was discriminated against being an Arab . As I was checking out I saw the butler distributing welcome treats of dishes full of all kind of fruits meanwhile we got nothing !!

We would also like to clearly assure you that guests of all nationalities, backgrounds, and religions are equally welcome in our hotel. We strongly reject any form of discrimination, and it deeply saddens us that you left with this feeling. Regarding the flag you mentioned, we would kindly like to clarify that it belongs to a neighboring building and has absolutely no connection to our hotel or our values. We sincerely regret that this contributed to such a negative perception of your stay. We would also like to gently clarify that our hotel is unfortunately not among the participating properties where the Suite Night Upgrade benefit is available. In addition, your stay took place from Wednesday to Friday, while the complimentary breakfast connected to the related offer is only included on Saturday and Sunday mornings. We are very sorry if this was not communicated clearly and understandably during your stay. Most importantly, we truly regret that you did not feel valued and comfortable as our guest. Especially as a Diamond member, we would have wished for you to leave with a much more positive impression of our hotel and team. Please rest assured that we take your feedback very seriously and will discuss it internally with great attention. Thank you again for sharing your concerns with us. Despite your disappointing experience, we would truly appreciate the opportunity to welcome you back one day and hope that you might give us a second chance to provide you with the positive and welcoming stay that every guest deserves. Stayed for 7 nights. Hotel recently refurbished so rooms are spotless. Cleaning was very efficient. Good selection at Breakfast with friendly staff.
