The front desk young man was very helpful( did not get his name) he was helping us with our train schedule change, he went online to check and printed out backup options, give us taxi contact, very considerate and helpful..!

I booked this hotel based on location, fridge and air conditioning system. Fridge was very small and I could not fit all a needed in it. Air conditioning was not in use due the spring time, even if during our holiday there were over 20 degrees on many days. The room was very hot and I could not sleep properly. Reception advised to open the window, which we did but you can not keep it open the whole night! We bought a Vienna City card to got discounts, but the reception staff told as that even if there has been mentioned food discount in your hotel, it did not concern breakfast. I felt it was misleading information. Some of hotel reception staff (woman) was rude and far from polite.

Room was only half cleaned one day (shower was cleaned but towels still on the floor, bed not made)? Bathroom sink was clogged) during complete stay.

Room ok. Tissue paper was missing from the bathroom and was provided on 3rd day of my visit. Breakfast has been really good in my previous visits but now it was much worse and it was not fully ready at 6:30 when it started. Staff was preparing it still and it gave me negative impression about the quality and preparedness. They were polite and service itself is good.
