Stayed recently at the Mercure Vienna. The room was comfortable and spacious and very clean. being so central, it has become my preferred choice when I visit Vienna. Reception staff were great; very helpful and friendly. All room amenities were excellent. The only issue I faced was the room was adjacent to the lift and I did not have a good night sleep. In future, I will make sure this does not happen.

Everything was great, friendly staff and great location very close to the city centre but not too busy neighbourhood so the night sleeps were restfull.

We had a lovely stay in your well located hotel. Reception staff were very welcoming. The room and bathroom were gorgeous. Toiletries were provided and the mini bar, tea/coffee station were appreciated. The cleaning ladies were so efficient and friendly. On the last day at check out we were able to leave our cases in a secure room until we were ready to go to the airport. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again if ever fortunate to return to Vienna. Thank you for a lovely stay
