Breakfast was nice, it had variety of food and perfect for everyone, locations is extremely central. However, the rooms are extremely dated and dusty, there’s not even a wardrobe or some hangers for the clothes. Not enough amenities for a 4 stars hotel. Room was small and could hear the noise from the outside and the rest of the hotel. There are so many details that don’t make this hotel it should be.

I liked the size of the suite, the bathroom, the reception staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast could have more variation (for example - pancakes for the kids). Also windows not opening

Pros: free minibar and central location. Cons: extremely uncomfortable bed and very low toilet (for children?).

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of just about everything. The rooms were a bit dirty (sticky light switches that didn’t clean up when wiped down, and it was surprisingly hot in the hotel for March. We didn’t think not having AC in March would be a problem (the hotel staff said they turn it off in the colder months), but it was very hot and the hotel asked us not to open the windows. We just tried not to be in the hotel, except to sleep. Very friendly helpful staff the first night we checked in. Made us feel quite welcome.
