Prime location. The hotel is clean and AC was okay, could be better. The pillows were very soft so you need like 2 pillows to support your head. TV has an annoying software on it that doesn’t allow you to screen share or open YouTube or Netflix. Just use a normal TV without adding any software on it. Parking was available for a very high price something like €25/day and you had to go park in a separate parking lot and walk back to the hotel. Other than this, nice hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went beyond what was expected. Oliver made sure our room was ready and gave us coffee while waiting at the lobby, while Breno went out of his way to help us navigate early breakfast on a Sunday. The staff show genuine care and initiative for their guests. The location is also superb: a few steps away from the famous Ankeruhr clock (as well as the nearby Billa Corso and a popular Wurselstand), less than 10 minutes from St. Stephens, the Judenplatz, the Danube Canal and many more sights in central Old Vienna. The daily fresh apples were an added bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location was excellent. Very close (walking distance) to main places in the old city. Close to several uban stations and a bus station. The area was very safe, and there is a synagogue close by, so most of the time there are police guards there. Even at night (22-23 or so) I felt safe to walk there. There is a bus station to/from the airport (twice an hour) and it saved a lot of money compared to a taxi. There are many food options in the surrounding area. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was quite good (I like more vegetables and salads, but I guess this is a European thing). The curtains were good - no light in early morning. And the area was quiet (or the windows were thick enough). Excellent value for money, highly recommended, will definitely stay there again if I come back to Wien.

There was only one receptionist to greet guests upon arrival in an area that was dark even during the day. We waited at least 15 minutes behind another couple before we could reach the receptionist to get a room. Upon entering the room, we discovered the toilet was constantly running. We had to change rooms when we returned that evening. The toilet was so low that sitting down was difficult. At breakfast, there was a significant wait to order a hot drink, despite there being few customers... That was the only way to get a hot drink. Tables were not being cleared. There was no way to call reception from the room, which poses a risk in an emergency.

My only comment is that the front desk agent at the Mercure Hotel across the street was rather rude and condescending when telling me I was at the wrong hotel. I am still upset about it. And my sense of justice demands recourse.

The hotel has nice enough facilities, the room was mostly clean. Service was simple but efficient. House keeping was a little spotty. Great location close to transit and easy to get to everything Vienna has to offer. The one drawback is the loud bars all around the hotel with loud drunk people always yelling well into the night.

Firstly the staff are some of the best we have encountered. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Dipish checked us in and particularly was helpful. The lady at breakfast, I don't remember her name was polite and very kind. She was courteous and her service was excellent.There was a good choice at breakfast too. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and well stocked up. The location was brilliant, so close to everything yet not noisy. There was a lot of entries and shops around the area. We would stay here again.
