Firstly the staff are some of the best we have encountered. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Dipish checked us in and particularly was helpful. The lady at breakfast, I don't remember her name was polite and very kind. She was courteous and her service was excellent.There was a good choice at breakfast too. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and well stocked up. The location was brilliant, so close to everything yet not noisy. There was a lot of entries and shops around the area. We would stay here again.

The hotel was well located, plenty of restaurants but it was quiet at night. Bed was comfortable with two pillows to choose from, breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choice.

No one at reception at multiple times of day/night. I had travel-related health discomfort and simply wanted a coca-cola or soda to settle my stomach. There was no phone in my room to call for room service. Instead I found a QC code in the room to access a webform on my phone. That turned out to just be an AI chatbot that didn't respond after waiting 30 minutes. No one followed up to help me and there was no-one at reception when I went down to the lobby. I ended up wandering the local streets in the rain at night while feeling sick. I needed to purchase international data roaming on my phone to locate a local store to buy a soda. At checkout there was someone actually present at reception, who sourly checked me out without asking anything about my stay or saying anything other than to take my room key. I am not a picky or demanding customer and usually rate hotels generously if they are even adequate, but this was truly terrible service. I rate 2/10 instead of 1/10 overall because the location and aspects of the building are very nice and the breakfast was OK. The terrible service at this hotel ruined my impression of Vienna.

The hotel is well located, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are outdated and small the air conditioning didn’t work we changed rooms twice and still didn’t work, so we were in 3 diffrents rooms and a/c never worked.

The property is old, although it has been refurbished. Only one lift and was very slow. Also on our day of checking out the lift was out of order. So luggage had to be carried down the stairs. The staff were good and tried hard.
