We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was well situated in the centre of Vienna, very picturesque and in a quieter part. Staff were very helpful and attentive and also friendly. Rooms were great and all the amenities were lovely. My only criticism is the smaller shower head wasn’t easy to use due to where it was fixed in the bath. But it did do the job. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

We traveled during the holidays with friends - that staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable albeit a bit small. Very central location to all the tourist attractions.
