From reception to comfortable room to dining it's a pleasure to stay at this Mercure. Staff are always friendly and easy to talk to. Reception are accommodating and helpful even though there wasn't an airport facing twin bed room available (I think they are only available on the bush side). Location wise it is off the highway and a good break from highway driving. There is no pool but a good gymnasium. The restaurant serves a good selection of food for dinner and breakfast. There's a separate area for drinks from the bar but drinks, coffee/tea are in the dining area too. It's well worth driving off the highway for.

I had a very relaxing night after a full-packed day. The room is very clean and smelled cool and fresh. Reception staff is welcoming, very professional and accommodating. I wasn't able to try the restaurant because of my limited time. I will stay here again next time.

Had a very comfortable 2 night stay. Room was very clean. The outstanding feature of this hotel was every single person working there was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I was disappointed that when I tried to brush my teeth the sink was blocked, surely a cleaner would use water in the bathroom and report the issue. Not nice to have floating hair and gunk come up into the sink

This was a very short trip where a comfortable hotel room close to the airport was paramount when our flight was changed. Marcus (i think that was his name?) was fabulous on check in. Room was beautifully clean and soundproofing is excellent. Only negative was no shower cap in bathroom and phoned reception for one late in the evening.
