The hotel was in a good location for us The staff were very friendly and helpful The facilities were very clean and comfortable The food was excellent with a good selection Service was prompt and friendly. The aircon in the room was not adjustable so it was quite cold for us We had to walk from the airport to the hotel which was not far but there was no direct path for two elderly people dragging luggage. We had to walk across rough terrain and climb over a fence to get there. Luckily it was not raining or too hot The hotel should reconsider this impediment to arrival it is our view that a simple transfer from the airport to the hotel should be provided as hiring an uber or taxi was not realistic for such a short distance There is nothing on your web site about this and we had to ask for advice from the airport assistants . The signage was non existent and we had to guess the direction once the path stopped. So cut across the car park using line of sight because it appeared every other way forward from the end of the path was along a rough verge on the edge of busy roads.

The power went out at approximately 8pm and came back on at approximately 10pm. There was no communication at all from reception during this time. Then there was no air conditioning all night. I've stayed here many times and it's always been good. Not this time

Everything was good except the restaurant was out of action due to painting I think.
