I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We understand and appreciate your frustration regarding surveys being sent to you however this is not a property generated survey. As part of the wider Accor network, all guests who depart are sent this survey no matter which hotel they stay at. The only suggestion I can offer you as a member is to contact Accor Member Services on 1300 36 36 37 o ask them to remove you from the database. I'm sorry you were prompted to critique our individual hotel as you were annoyed by the survey.
