Staff were friendly and courteous booking in was made easier with the fast book in system. My room was well presented and clean. There were no instructions that I could find in the room that told me how to access the WIFI or what the password was. The menu in the dinning room was limited however meals were of a high quality and reasonably priced.

Whilst I understand a limited menu on a Sunday night (note I rang to see if it would be open prior to my stay & was not informed about the limited menu) we found the selection terrible. Unless you liked hamburgers you had about 2 choices. I would not recommend this to anyone

We have stayed many times as it is close to salt ash , my granddaughter who is only 12 and can usually sleep anywhere and l did not sleep well as the beds are so hard you can not get much sleep , we also found the menu with little choices and the breakfast buffet was sorely missed and no COCO POPS , my granddaughters response was don’t they know all kids eat coco pops and we both just had toast .

On check in, Reception deleted the Company credit card details from the booking and charged the room to my card. This was extremely inconvenient

Check in and Check out staff were welcoming, professional and efficient. Recognised my Platinum Accor Plus status. The room on the third floor was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable for a one night stay. Parking in front of the hotel was a bonus. Great convenience for the $15.00 charge. Enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Restaurant staff were both pleasant and provided great service. An excellent menu for both meals. Will definitely return if again in the Newcastle area.

From the moment we arrived until we left the service was 5 star. The room was very clean. Every single team member acknowledged us throughout the stay. The restaurant/bar service was on point. The reception team looked after us as our flight was changed by 6 hours so we checked out as late as possible and we waited in the closed bar area however they offered coffee water and snacks. Will definitely return

The staff at Mecure Williamtown were & always are so professional & accommodating. Nothing is ever too hard or an issue! We have had to change our booking several times over our visits due to covid & recently the weather. Every time the staff have been professional & helpful. The rooms are clean, modern & user friendly. The restaurant & meals are awesome! We have family who work on the base & it is the perfect place for us to stay when we visit!
