I booked an Accor plus drive & stay package which included a return shuttle to airport terminal and 7 nights parking. Reception staff argued my rate was room only; had to eventually show copy of my booking to move on from impasse. Stressful start to holiday. No apology from staff, made to feel like a nuisance because they had to work out something on computer. Then told shuttle not available to “public”, and yes a platinum Accor member is “public” and you will be dragging your luggage to airport in darkness. By this stage I just wanted to retreat to our room and get away from the attitude: not feeling at all welcomed, privileged, etc as we are constantly emailed about as members. Management need to sort this out; this is an airport hotel after all. I have used this package numerous times only to be repeated told there is no such thing.

During my last stay at Mercure, I was overcharged for Car parking, I didn't have any car. I had Fast check out and requested receipt by email. As soon as I reached airport, I checked the receipt online, I called the reception and told the gentleman on duty about the error. reception took my phone number and told me that he would get back to me. So far, I have not heard from any body. My stay was from 27th to 28th May. This is the second time such an incident happened with me at this hotel

Staff friendly and helpful. Food great and as a member 50% most a welcomed saving. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Great overnighter and an enjoyable stay. Only beef I have is the 200 minium characters so I can send my review (No limit should be placed).
