Arrived late on a Sunday night and had to be away early on the Monday morning. Staff were v helpful and quick with room service and were particularly helpful on Monday morning by allowing a breakfast order 10 mins early of official opening. That was very, very much appreciated.

When I checked in the staff member at the front desk was lovely, very helpful. The room was nice and clean although it would have been nice to have access to water. (Everything was removed out of the room due to covid) When I had a shower the drain started to smell like rotten egg. Also the cotton in one of the towels was patchy and had worn out spots. Room service meal was very good! When I checked out the staff member said 'all done'. It would have been nice for him to confirm what charges were being applied to my card.

We finally managed a stay again at this hotel being absent due to the virus and personal matters. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and tidy, as usual, bedding giving a good nights sleep. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was most enjoyable.

My husband and son joined me for a one night stay at this hotel. We had two rooms on floor three. Staff were most friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and sleep quality very good. Dinner in the restaurant was enjoyable as was breakfast. It was good to be back at this hotel after such a long time.

Received phone call a day before confirming my stay and providing me wit COVID update re the motel. Staff on arrival very helpful, room immaculate, dinner scrumptious. Would have like a little more variety with menu, too many burgers to choose from. Would have preferred eg: fish not a burger bun... Would have liked a few more sachets of coffee.

A short stay, chosen because it as adjacent to the airport and it was a later arrival. Every hotel is a mystery since covid-19 has struck. You never know what services will be operating and what will not. The hotel is covid-alligned. The staff as friendly as ever. The restaurant and bar is currently closed. We made a phone call to the property who confirmed we needed somewhere else for our group to dine. Room service is available but that wasn't suitable. As a suggestion: Some of the Accor properties have a banner on their hotel website, showing what facilities are open and what are not. This would reduce disappoint for those with an expectation of full operation. We look forward to the day when everything is back to normal. Thank you for making it a good as things possibly can be.

The hotel was in a great location for us, very clean and staff were lovely. The TV had very few channels and no in room movies, new technology to view shows through mirroring from phone or laptop which would have been good if it worked. When I phoned reception she had no idea how to set it up and no solution which was frustrating. May seem like a very trivial issue but we spend long hours editing photos from the room and found it very frustrating to not be able to put something on the TV or to relax and watch a decent show in our down time. Change is good but needs support if you are going to implement it to make it work for the customer. Had the latest laptop and Phone so heaven help anyone with a later model no chance. For me this was enough for me to rethink returning for work and looking elsewhere. Regards
