Very friendly & helpful staff upon arrival and in housekeeping. As an Accor member i was extremely disappointed to be using my complimentary stay for accommodation i felt was below quality standard. I was upgraded from 2 double beds to a King bed which meant myself and 2 young children were all in bed together. Upgraded to the 6th floor was fristrating when 1 lift was permanently out of order and they other took a long time to get to level 6. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. On the first morning (Thurs) i found the food either overcooked, stale or cold. Croissants were cold and rock hard, banana bread and sliced bread dry and the toaster was a kmart 2 slice toaster with a broken handle that toasted the bread on only the top half. Didnt feel like hotel standards. The bed was very comfortable, pillows divine and was centrally located to everything we required.
