Staff were polite and helpful. The room was terrible. For a deluxe king there was nothing deluxe about it. The room was extremely noisy with traffic noise until about 3am, the toilet lid would not stay up, the drawer would not open up enough to put clothes into it, the freezer was so iced up it didn’t close.

The receptionist Abby assisted with a change of room due to the shower being over the bath, and this worked perfectly. Happy hour was most welcome and having the restaurant on site was most convenient.
