All staff I met were excellent, then overall hotel facilities were good, room service and breakfast were great. My room was fine, bed was very comfortable. Couple of points bring the score down - everyday noise could be heard from adjacent rooms and the bathroom is a bit old and tired.

Located near NEX, proximity to restaurants and shopping village. Friendly staff at the reception. Limited parking space. Noisy AC next to the bed and outside traffic as the windows didn’t seem to be soundproof.
