Mouldy, Dusty, Noisy

Recently stayed here, on arrival staff were very friendly. However the room was run down, bathroom was stained and mouldy, very dusty, we could not use the air con due to it being so noisey we were unable to sleep, on top of that we could hear everything from the neighbouring rooms which kept us up most of the night. Extremely disappointed in the place and would avoid at all cost.

Noisy, dated and air-conditioner was useless.

We stayed 2 nights (nin consecutive) booking through Luxury Escapes (emphasis on Luxury) the second room (5th floor) was 3 star at best. The state of the bathroom was embarrassing with dust in the vents that looked like it had been there since the 90s. The air-conditioning was terrible and the room was so hot we had no sleep at all.

In need of desperate update

constructions workers started early morning banging, right outside my door facilities are very old not even a USB charger or ability to use netflix account, staff not trained and your check in Kiosk not working
