Very friendly staff, loved the services such as in room service and the restaurant.

No one wants to self check In, you want to see a smiling face upon check in, no hard menu, and no cash. All these things take away from having a present stay.

There was not enough towels for the number of guests, the bathroom was I very poor condition, overall we were very disappointed in this hotel and would not stay here again.

Good hotel and friendly staff. Stayed there for a major sporting event, so that may have affected the noise levels - we found the inter-room sound-proofing was a little lacking, with random noises penetrating the wall space, disturbing our sleep. Basic dining services, but there are plenty of restaurants on the waterfront.

Good for business but need business table near outlets.

There was construction happening right outside our window day and night. Would have been nice if they mentioned that when we arrived. Maybe offer a different room, or a discount due to the constant noise pollution
