There were no lifts and I was unable to carry my luggage up the flight of stairs due to my disability, so I was given an after 10pm room in the ground floor. No tv remote and the toilet/shower was something you’d see on a plane. Really disappointed as an Accor member and the included breakfast was not worth the extra cost, staff not overly concerned or welcoming

The room was a tad small but the King size bed was very comfortable. The basin was in an unusual position as it wasn’t near the bathroom. There was only 1 cup for our cuppa

When I first started walked in it was a very friendly atmosphere . The receptionist was welcoming . She was very efficient and I wasn’t waiting long at all. Th only thing was the he stairs I had two suitcases and had to carry them up both floors . My over all was experience was great. Room was clean and I did have a good view. I will definitely be booking again if it am ever possible that way again.

1 st stay good During my second stay fridge made my foods frozen😌 Wanted a chair , cause stool is not good enough to work. I had to carry myself. Although budget. Little help is expected. Small microwave inside would be handy. Specially for staying few days.
