This Place should not be a part of the ACCOR Group I know its a budget but it should at least be presentable. The place smelt of cigarettes in the hallways my first room on the ground floor didn't have a blind so waving to the traffic on the main road was easy asked for another room this one had a blind but the window wouldn't close properly so all the traffic noise came through all night The general untidiness of the place makes you feel uneasy
