Convenient location. Easy parking.

Booked with breakfast but should have checked first because it's not available until 7am which seems late for what I imagine is mostly business customers. I think the bread for toast had been frozen for months based on the tag dates and the jar of Vegemite was pretty gross. Individual serves would have been nicer. Probably shouldn't have bothered delaying my departure so I could have breakfast. The lady at reception was polite, friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean. You get what you pay for.

Very average, however staff very good.

Very good for a budget facility

The facility is a bit tired but understanding that it is a budget facility its location was suitable and the price was excellent. It was close to several eating establishments which made it easy to walk to a location for my evening meal and you could go cheap, budget or medium priced. The staff were excellent and I would have put it in the 9 level had the room itself been a bit better. I would stay there again.

Very Noisey.

Very noisy with traffic. I had to go to reception with an already opened milk carton left in my fridge(clearly not checked by staff). Bins in reception/cafe area over flowing. Toilet roll not on a holder which did fall from shelf onto wet shower/toilet floor(was a big as a caravan combination shower/toilet). Accor have really dropped the ball on this hotel, I have stayed at 2 other ibis budget but not as bad as this one. I definitely won’t stay again.

Cheap and you'll know it

Cheap room and friendly staff, but that is the end of the positives. Tiny room with very thin walls - we could hear kids running around on one side and sex on the other! Inadequate bedding - one thin blanket on the coldest night of the year Bathroom was disgusting - rotten door frame and no handle to close it from the inside! Breakfast was not what is shown on the website - don't bother. You get what you pay for
