Very poor quality room , one star is plenty

Mattress caved in . The pillows outdated and flat Air-conditioning leaking water . Room doesn't have a decent table or chair. Room doesn't have soap to wash your hand, you have to go to bathroom to get liquid shampoo to bring to bedroom sink. The Room has shower head that water comes from the top only . If you want to wash your back side it takes longer to do and waste more water because it doesn't have hand held telescope shower rose to aim the water where you want it to be ! I did request hand held shower rose and handicap room when I arrived at 3.20 pm . The lady at front desk say none available. Apparently all Room taken with that facility. Why not provide more rooms with hand held shower rose . You save water this way because clients can aim the water at particular spot in the body . That hotel / motel is outdated and in need of renovation.

easy check in, everything was clean and ready to go, I walked over to the shopping centre, and all the shops of Wallsend. Once I closed the window and put on the airconditioner, it was so quiet in the room, I think I had one of the best sleeps of my entire holiday. On the way out I put my key in the check out box and left. So easy.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking. Putting it nicely , this place is a shi*hole. The blonde lady at reception was lovely but that's the only thing positive. The room small and I mean small to the point where you had to walk sideways to get past the bed. The so called toilet/ shower you have to step up into it yet a cruise ship room bathroom much bigger than this. Forget washing your hands as the sink is outside next to the bed. I'm sure it was a junkie house as in the 30m that we were there they were coming and going. The room had a funky foul smell and was dirty. We lasted about 30m before we left and checked out. I didn't feel safe staying there. Never never again.

The hotel is in need of a good clean and a maker over! - Mould in the bathroom - Toilet roll holder broken - Water damage in the room - Dirty sheets and pillow cases - Mis matched paint job on the walls - Light switches damaged - Bunk bed not even made up - 6:30am fire alarm on a Sunday morning. - Lucky we attended a birthday party and were only there to sleep, well until we got woken up by the alarm! A very big let down for an ACCOR hotel.
