The air con remote did not work! The toilet did not work!The room stunk! The bed was lclean!

It's budget. Accommodation and good for the price. Was just annoying because not sure what they were doing with room above us. But furniture was being moved till 3 in morning. Kept waking us up. Also top bunk was never made. Each morning beds would be made but not too bunk.

Mouldy damp smell with cardboard cups

Won’t be back here to stay. Room had a nasty damp mouldy smell that was close to unbearable. I know it is budget accommodation but finding cardboard cups instead of a decent porcelain mug/cup was ridiculous. Other than the stench and “nasty cups” it looked clean.

All our rooms are cleaned daily with maintenance attending weekly and contractors monthly to ensure that we are providing the best possible accomodation experience. Should you experience anything that isn't standard we are more than happy to assist with room upgrades to better suit our guests needs. We are looking forward to put ceramic mugs into the rooms once we can source a dishwasher that meets hygiene standards and is as environmentally friendly as possible inclusive of using the back water to water our gardens where possible. Noise came in from the office and from the front door closing (we were next to the reception area), but not unduly so. Otherwise all OK. Needs hand towel near wash basin. A budget hotel, but met expectations.

Didn’t realise the location at time of booking. Bring right on the highway made it very noisy at all hours, bed wasn’t too comfortable making it ver hard to sleep at all. Contemplated leaving during the night.

Have stayed may times - disappoint that the pillows have been reduced to 1 per person. Before each person had two pillows - now if the 1 pillow you are give is really flat your in for a long night. Other than than the pillow reduction I had always previously found my stay good.

I staying here every now and then for work so Im not spending much time in the room itself so i really need a bed and a shower, which was there however the whole room including the bedding was damp !!! as i arrive after hours and leave before the ours of service desk operation there was no one to report it to. I have turn the aircon in the room to try to dehumidify and then i notice the state of the aircon ;/ it was so dirty inside that i was afraid to leave it on ;/ The last thing was the toilet seat cover crack all the way across it ;/ it wasn't inconvenience just aesthetic. I understand that this is Budget stay but at least bedding should be done right and aircon cleaned. I would hate to bring my kids into this room:(

Hi, our room was clean, and bed comfortable thank you. A few things stood out though that should be improved: - dark carpet in hallway was very dirty and no attempt to remedy this was made during our overnight stay (felt nasty) - breakfast was fine, but buffet wasn't set up fully - girl made us a coffee but didn't wipe the milk frother afterwards and heated the entire large jug of milk for one cup (this didn't inspire confidence as felt very sloppy (she was friendly though, just need to improve professionalism)

I dont do reviews i dont want to waste my time but for this place i will make an exception . I cant say enough about how good this place is . Fantastic super friendly staff nothing was too much for them and even though the place was at full capacity, great location little shopping center 2 min drive or 10 min walk , you can heat up stuff in the down stairs microwave , you can get a fresh breakfast if you need it . It is cleaner than most five stars i have stayed in ( and i like very clean) , and obviously the price is great. Have stayed there before and will stay there again. The only little thing they could improve is being able to make reservations over the phone . I did the first time a 2019 but could not get hold of them day after day for 2020. They dont seem to pick up . Goes straight to answering machine and they dont ring back. Had to do via internet . They need to answer the phone . But in saying that im planning a trip again in 1 month and I will stay there again .

When booking 4 months earlier, I asked for a quiet room inward facing of the carpark as I was attending a conference and needed a good night sleep. I also repeated this requirement the day of check-in via a phone call. After arriving at around 11pm as my flights were delayed, what I got, was a room facing on the outer of the hotel overlooking on of the side streets where street noise entered the room. On entering the room, the light over the sink had blown and the toilet seat hinge was broken which meant the seat moved and you see where the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly in the spot where the seat had previously been fastened, which would make anyone looking at it nearly physically sick. On reporting this to Reception early on the Saturday morning, Staff didn't seem that concerned and stated that as it was the weekend, these items may not be able to get fixed, which I thought this explanation was unexceptionable. On my return to the room after 9pm on Saturday night, i found the room had been served and repairs to the light and toilet had been made. However, the room must had been served/cleaned before the repairs had been made and there was grit on the toilet/shower floor area and throughout the floor in the room area as you could feel it when walking bare foot. I mentioned this on the Sunday morning. When entering the room approx 3pm on the Sunday afternoon, the floor were wet. It looked like someone had mopped the floors with a very wet mop but didn't dry mop the room. It took a number of hours before the floors dried.

Dear Guy, I do apologise that this was your experience within the hotel. I have looked into the booking and found that you were placed in the only room we have that is furthest way from the highway, granted it is facing the side street that overlooks the residentual area behind us. I do apologise if there was street noise from this area the particular night you stayed, however, this tends to be the quietest room we have on the property most evenings. I am aware of the lights and toilet seat in the room as when reported to the receptionist she called myself before 8am and I taught her how to install a toilet seat as well as ensured we had the correct light fixtures on site. As we had our plumber on site we asked him to do a full service in your ensuite to ensure there were no other issues to arise during your stay. We have spoken to the contractor for leaving behind grit in your room as when we pay them for a service we expect them to not leave anything behind.
