Not to sound like fussy complaint guest, room 227 had main light bulb looked like dislocated for quite some time. On second day bathroom light went out. I only had one small light next to basin. Lucky I was to use sunlight through window. Smell of pungent paint is too overwhelming. I hope housekeeping notifies the Reception about electrical problem.

The reception didn’t pick up the phone for 3 days and didn’t answer emails, left without a reservation when arrived outside in the rain with my son. All because the reception couldn’t be bothered to answer a call! We ended up having to pay another night 7:40am in the morning there was drilling in the wall of my room and woke my child so how was my stay crap !

I Had booked to stay overnight as I was working a night shift and arrived back at the hotel at 3am. I booked the hotel so I could get a decent sleep before driving back to Sydney. At 7.30am a jackhammer was being used directly below my room into the wall against which i was sleeping. This was really not what I expected, and I am sure you had known work was going to be done on that part of the building, so no one should have been allocated those rooms, Not a very good experience at all.

First room I went into smelt like smoke and I asked for another room and was upgraded to a bigger room however the bathroom was disgusting, needed a good scrub and smelt stale
