Had a comfortable stay but the breakfast we paid for was disappointing. Paid for breakfast for the 3 nights only ate there for the first morning and went and got breakfast elsewhere. Otherwise was satisfied

When asking if there was Gluten free bread available in the included continental breakfast . We got a lecture from the staff member how if we CHOSE to go GF then we would not be choosing to stay a budget hotel. My wife is celiac, and does not CHOOSE to be GF but needs to. It was really quite insulting. The young man could do with some education.

peaceful enjoyable quite would not stay at a y other motel and only needs to be wider between the bed and bathroom area and wider benches where the kettle sits

Door scan/lock was broken. Woke up with cockroaches on the bed, walls and one on my arm. Left at 5.30am as didn’t want to stay in the room any longer. Ants in the sink as well so brushed teeth in car park then left. Extremely unhygienic and unclean experience
