We arrived at 11pm after driving for 7 hours. There were lots of people hanging about in the car park. The room we were given had not been cleaned after it's previous use. We were given another room. The bed was made but the room looked dirty, the bathroom smelled as if there was a drains issue and there was no soap at the sink. There were random people walking around in pyjamas and it didn't feel safe. We checked out and found another hotel. I have stayed in Ibis Budgets across NSW and have never experienced anything like this before.

Room was comfortable and staff friendly and efficient. However, we were obviously on the wrong side of the hotel as the traffic noise from what is a major thoroughfare made sleeping a challenge. Lesson learnt - always request ground floor away from traffic.

You get what you pay for. $89 and it was a bed and shower, toilet. TV works, aircon good,fridge is noisy and the worst part is the traffic noise that goes all night.
