Really appreciated the Reception Team giving us an upgrade to a Superior King room upon check in due to us mentioning our Anniversary. The room was delightful. The Reception team upon check out really helped us out when asking for a few hours extra parking to see a family member, assisting with us getting down to the carpark. Such a decent young man. Great staff Novotel. Will definitely make a return visit and also recommend to our family and friends.

First visit to Newcastle but not first time at a Novotel. We found the whole experience to be a bit underwhelming/disappointing. Unclear parking arrival instruction, cleanliness of the room, meals & service in the bistro, are all areas that require attention. We did not enjoy our stay and unfortunately, we would not stay again at this hotel.
