Dear Ms. V., Thank you for sharing your recent experience at Novotel Newcastle Beach. I\'m truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, and I sincerely apologise for the discomfort and inconvenience you encountered. We understand how important it is for every guest to feel welcomed and cared for — especially as a valued ALL Silver member — and it’s very disappointing to hear about the incorrect room greeting and issues with the cleanliness of your linen. Please know this is not reflective of the standards we aim to uphold, and I will personally address these concerns with our Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure immediate improvements are made. Regarding your breakfast experience, I regret that the selection and freshness were not up to standard. We will review our breakfast offerings with our kitchen team and work to ensure a more varied and enjoyable start to the day for all our guests moving forward.
