Easily located near the beach, parking available, our room was available when checked in, room was excellent clean and well maintained, bed and pillows were very comfortable, just a stones throw from some restaurants and cafe's and if you wish can easily walk to Scratchleys and the board walk.

Good Location

Friendly staff and a good clean room, even though some one was smoking in one of the adjacent rooms. The main down fall for this hotel is the breakfast, I have stayed at a fair few Accor Hotels and this place would have had the most unorganised placement and bare minimal breakfast selection one could choose from that I had ever seen. To make matters worse they had run out of food in some of the bay marries, very basic selection of pastries, also some pastries had run out and there was one overworked young lady trying to make sure everyone was seated and very busy making coffees. I suggest that the management team from the hotel go and stay at the Manly Pacific in Manly NSW and they will see what a proper breakfast presentation should be like.
