Great location, lovely room. Disappointed no free hotel parking. But most disappointing was the breakfast... some footballers were staying there too, so when we came down for breakfast at 9am, there literally was no food!!! I make the staff aware then waited quite a while to eat. So I went to order a coffee while waiting and was told there would be at least a 15 minute wait as they were making a big order (again for a bus load of footballers) It made us feel like we were 2nd class...

The room was way too hot. The temp controls only went to 22 , it was not working properly and was more like 25-26. The curtains did not close fully and we were woken up by the morning sun. Staff excellent- Tammy at breakfast the best.
