Had issues with the hot water which was repaired after some time. Was called on the morning of our stay and was asked if we wanted a bottle red or white wine for our arrival and then had to ask were it was. There was no bottled water in the rooms which has been a standard practice for our Novotel visits. This booking had been made over 6 months ago and thought getting rooms closer together could have been organised a bit better.
