Second day of our stay our room was not cleaned. After that we noticed that the cleaning was very cursory. For instance, no vacuuming and cups/glasses used was only done by wiping a cloth over it so no proper washing of the cups/glasses we were using. The smell of urine was noticeable in the bathroom when we first moved in and since there was no cleaning on the second day my wife ended up hosing down the entire bathroom herself to get rid of the odor.

Great location, room & parking were excellent. Only issue I had (aircon in room not working effectively) was addressed immediately when I raised it with staff. Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner both days.

The service was great, meals were delicious but the beds were uncomfortable as both my husband and I woke up both mornings with a sore back.
