It was dificult to go to the hotel. we chose the hotel because we wanted to save money and be near the airport but we ended up paying more because the hotel is far away from the airport

Fantastic welcome, we got very late, probably after 1am. The person at the reception was caring and looked after us so well. Room was super clean and very spacious, nice firm mattress…we had a great sleep! Breakfast was nice, all we wanted and needed. Staff was professional and friendly, well done!

A short stay as in transit at Bergamo, so needed airport hotel. Spent £50 on taxis each way, which added significantly to cost. Hotel on edge of motorway, so not convenient for local amenities. Hotel room dusty and fairly basic. Breakfast ok. Service good.

The rooms were too warm but this is sadly normal in Italy, we were surprised that the restaurant was closed but guy on reception recommended a local Pizza place which was fantastic

Basically, the hotel is badly situated. The name "Aeropuerto" is misleading. Transfer to and from the hotel cost 60 eur, the same price as the room. For 120 eur it is better to sleep just near the airport.

Everything I could have asked for was there, especially a fridge in my room and a computer downstairs for the use of guests (As I am not a tall or big person, I don't travel with a smartphone or laptop because of the risk of robbery)

Overall very good experience . One small issue - we walked to the nearby shopping centre but had to go through a very dark underpass , not ideal coming back in the dark !
