3 nights, 2 rooms. Hotel lacks exciting entertainment for kids. Swimming pool has warm water, which is a big plus point. Aircon problematic forcing us to move room, which was troublesome. Staff compensated us with a fruit platter.

There were a few unpleasant experiences in my room (the balcony door was very difficult to lock, I slipped three times in the shower area because the floor was constantly flooded). However, the housekeeping staff was very responsive, providing a floor mat in the shower area to prevent me from slipping again. Check-in was easy (the front desk staff were quick and multitasking, acting as a receptionist and helping me carry my luggage to my room), and the facilities were good (hot tub, good gym, children's playground).

Grand Mercure Bandung is good hotel and very convenience in weekdays. But for weekend, the traffic to and from the hotel always very bad. Room and service are very good.
