good location stayed overnight for city event, rooms large, check in bit slow, valet were great, bathrooms could do with updating and bit dusty which i notice as i am prone to allergies.

Room was good as always. However I didn't appreciate having to wait over an hour after check in for our room key, to then have to line back up to ask if the room was ready as noone had come to get us as we were told. It was a long time for my kids to wait in the lobby with nothing to do.

Had a lovely stay at the Pullman Melbourne Albert Park. The staff were lovely to interact with and the room and bed very comfortable. Exactly what I was looking for.

Bathroom had dirty floor tiles mould in shower grout. Power point in room was loose, dangerous tbh. Bed kept separating in middle. Big gap kept falling in. Checkout, guy hardly smiled, didn't ask us if we enjoyed our stay, no thank you or goodbye. For the price paid expected better room and service. Would day it's more 3 star

Rooms vary wildly in the quality of furnishings and comfort. Some have heat and aircon that is controllable, some don’t. Housekeepers do a great job at making do, but really needs a refresh especially compared to other Pullman branded properties.
