The service was excellent as always. The only limiting factor was that the air conditioning in my room was barely able to keep the room at a reasonable level. I did report this to the front desk and maintenance was quick to respond. Unfortunately, it was a room with a very old air con system and it was working as well as it could but it was still too warm for my taste.

First room has smell in room and toilet. Overall cleanness was not great. Dusty and hair uncleaned. Hand Marks on mirror and windows. Smell couldn’t be resolve by housekeeping team eventually moved room which i appreciate. Billing issues still not resolved with pending refund for a week. Unable to reach out via call/email, got hung up multiple times. Hope this could be improved. On good side bed was comfortable. Thanks.
