The room was a good size but was disappointed in some of the service we received. I was not told that there would be a $100 deposit required when we checked in- most hotels don’t do this anymore. As I had 2 rooms that was $200 taken from my budget for the weekend that I hadn’t expected. There were no towels, bath mats or face washers in our room and I had to go down to reception to get some. Our rooms were not serviced during the day and had a knock on our door at 5:30pm to ask if we wanted our room serviced which was too late for us. We were charged for an item in the mini bar we did not eat and which was eventually taken off our bill when I questioned it, and it took 3 days to get my deposit back after our stay.
