Underwelming I had to plug the tv in and it was a contortionist twist to plug it in on the floor behind the high cabinet and was very dirty behind there. The remote took ages to turn the tv to on after that and we couldn’t turn it off. Small bathroom too. The view was an old roof. Took a while to find the entrance when arriving and it felt like we were the only people in the place - weirdly.

Accor members. Booked for a 1 night stay for medical visit. The receptionist on check in was great. From there rapidly down hill. Room extremely disappointing. Room felt half serviced. Only 2 small pillows on bed. No glasses. Amenities tray only half stocked. Very bare room. We rang reception who organised extra pillows and glasses. Ordered room service. Could not eat my meal of fish. Went downstairs to complain. No one even bothered to collect room service tray to check meal. Went down and asked how much to move to Pullman and told an extra $ 195.00 for 1 night. Normally we do book Pullman however after this stay at Albert Park not sure we will return. Not sure will even keep my Accor Membership as felt no one really interested in how I felt.
