Not very good, toilet did not flush properly, soap dispenser did not work could hear talking from occupants in advent room which woke us up early.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the bed was. The room is tired and requires a good update, but a comfortable bed is really the most important thing.

The facility is nice, with just a few smaller issues. These being that the beds are very hard, you do need to pay for parking which has a high price despite staying with them, the receptionist was so quiet that I could not understand them so struggled with check in, and one of the conference rooms has light covers that appear to be close to falling which we reported and saw that individual get chastised by a senior staff member for not doing their current task in order to pass on the serious report. Otherwise the food was generally great, and the common areas atmosphere are nice.
