Rooms are very basic, passage like a ship, dingy old and so run down, not a place for a holiday or break, it was okay as we were not there to enjoy facilities and for a conference so all we needed was a place to sleep and shower. Reception staff not the friendliest specially the Asian girl and man.there was an Indian lady not sure if I was wrong but she was welcoming and helpful… only positive of the stay. I called reception to ask if we get a discount for breakfast and been a Accor member expected a service but the Asian guy was rude and basically this is the price take it or leave it. Most of the accomodating was booked by the conference would have expected a better outcome.
