I thought the hotel was well located and the check in staff went above and beyond when I arrived which I appreciated. I thought the in room dining options were limited and could have been more varied. I also lost an earring in my room and couldn't get hold of the hotel to raise this so I found the ability to get through to the desk quite difficult after I had left the property. The daily cleaning service could have been a little better, there were often items left around the room that were clearly rubbish (i.e., the welcome snack and opened water cans) but generally good stay and would know how to have a better stay next time.

Very pleasant overall. Only two small issues - there was no bath soap in the dispenser on arrival (you would expect this to be checked as part of the room cleaning) and the coffee from the machine in the restaurant at breakfast was undrinkable. For the cost of the stay, I would expect Barista-grade coffee to be a part of the offer.

We stayed during the F1. We are Gold Accor Members. We were asked what time we would be checking in and the night before with a very low occupancy, 1 room was ready and the other 2 at normal check in time. People came after us and checked in before us. The Bar was shut early on Thursday night. The rooms are a premium during this time and no extra services were available until Friday. The rooms are tired. Very disappointing. The Concierge was outstanding he organised a Mercedes Van to the Airport and was very helpful during our stay. Overall very lack lustre.

Rooms clean but dated. Disappointed my room wasn’t ready well after 2pm so I had to swap to another room. I was supposed to get discounted parking but I was charged $70 and the parking ticket was $65. Not a lot of difference I know, but usually there is a discount for hotel guests not and increased price. hard to understand and staff fobbed it off when I queried itOverall our stay was fine
