We stayed 3 nights but no AC and they gave us a broken fan that could not even stand on its own we had to rest it on the wall, and its not even working. Very dissappointing.

Had to ask twice for pillows as only had two in room. ( very old pillows were given to us) Requested cutlery and plates twice I have left the accommodation and I still haven’t received these!! Had to ask 2-3 times to have new towels as room wasn’t cleaned!! Had to put our rubbish outside of door as no cleaning done first two days.
