I stayed for 3 nights to attend a conference being held at the Pullman. I stayed in a Mercure room, which was adequate - a good size room with a desk and couch which it comfortable. The coffee shop, bar and restaurant are all good options for a drink / meals as there isn't too much around. Unfortunately, there was a small leak from above the bathroom mirror, which was splashing brown liquid on the vanity. I reported it on arrival and maintenance did attend promptly. They couldn't see anything internally so had to access the ?plant room which was apparently above me. It wasn't resolved and no one followed up with me. I left a towel on the vanity to soak up the liquid. On the 3rd day of my stay, I reported it again so it could hopefully be fixed prior to the next guest arriving. It did get fixed this time but only because I contacted the team again. Overall, the hotel met my needs and I would stay again if I had to be in that vicinity.

Firstly staff are great and cannot do enough to help. The only two things I can say positive about the room is that the bed was comfy and the rooms were clean. Everything is dated and the air conditioning is absolutely rubbish and does nothing to cool the room, the staff give us a pedestal fan to help circulate air in the room.
