This has been my worst experience at an Accor brand hotel. I understand it is a budget accommodation but I expected the property to keep the standard that is held by Accor. The room was very poorly maintained. The toiletries couldn't be used as some of the dispensers weren't working. The bed area was okay with a nice view outside. Room service and the front desk team was great.

Not only was I charged an unexpected fee that I have no record or knowledge of, but there was also no hot water during my entire stay. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund for the unauthorized charge as well as a explanation.

The hotel was well located for our needs. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The shower was a bit weak. The breakfast buffet was not too bad. The food at Mortimer’s was not great. I had fish and chips on the first evening and the fish was tiny and 80% was a thick undercooked batter. The second night I had the chicken curry and the chicken was pretty dry and tough. The pool and sauna were very nice.

Have stayed at this hotel over the last 15 years. However, rooms have become very tired. Carpet in pretty poor condition and shower head issues. Will be great to see some refurbishment take place.

Generally good, disappointed on the morning we were leaving, we waited 30 minutes on level 4 to get an elevator down to breakfast. After breakfast, we couldn't get back into our room. I went down to the desk to get the card rescanned, but again it didn't work. So again I had to go down to the desk. When I went to leave the carpark, it wouldn't let me leave. I had to contact the hotel to let me out, while numerous cars were lined up behind getting annoyed with me. I was told when checking out, that you will have no problems leaving the carpark.
