I enjoyed my stay and will stay again, just a couple of small things . A bit confusing at check in what was Pullman and what’s was mecure. I struggled with a usb port to charge my phone . Didn’t realise that there was one on the light . I went to the shop and bought a wall charger before realising . May be a sticker might help . Thanks

Stayed here a few times, but poor experience on this occasion. Milk coffee weren’t restocked every day, even though I asked daily. Towels were dirty on 2 occasions. Aircon wouldn’t work - room was super hot. I raised issue at reception- unsure if it was fixed as room was still hot. Booked the room for 4 people - 1 double bed, 2 singles. Was correct when I arrived. But for unknown reason, it was changed to 2 double beds on day 2. I asked for it to be changed back. Didn’t happen. Asked a 2nd time. Room service tray left in my room twice. Carpet frayed and worn. Dirty hand prints on the walls. Check out was slow because staff member started dealing with another guest half way through my checkout. Coffee machine not working at breakfast. Tap beers not working at the bar… Fire alarm in the middle of the night had to evacuate (but obviously this isn’t a problem with hotel - just unfortunate after a poor experience already) Nothing major, just lots of little things that added up to a poor experience.
