regular customer, staying for last trip of the year. Huge improvement in customer experience evident from check in to check out. Room service app still does not work (3rd visit same outcome), the car parking boom gate does not integrate when paying for parking at the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only issue was our room being extremely dusty on all surfaces and things like the TV remote and coffee cups, it seemed like no one had been in there for a while
