Excellent 5 star executive room on top level. Huge room, great furniture, perfect bed, great in-room dining, and perfect shower and washroom. Customer service perfect in every way. Great air con. Openable room windows to outdoors was a welcome bonus to feel the outdoor wind when desired. All modern fittings and nice luxuries such as the best toilet paper. Asked for an extra toilet roll, got 3 fast! And superbly clean room. Also very quiet for all 3 days and nights of our stay. Some missing Fox channels on TV but that's fine. Great big enough and clear TV. Thank you for the great stay Pullman AB. Loved it!! Will be back soon.

Given a crap room that was old, with a tub that wouldn’t fill and a toilet that took a body builder to push the button on. Was not what I was sold. I complained and to their credit they gave us a better room that was “deluxe” that we ordered. Included parking was not included. Far better places to stay in better locations with better rooms

I have been staying in Pullman multiple times a year some years now! Always feel welcomed, valued, listen to- best customer service! Hotel staff make my stay memorable every time- I can’t thank them enough! They always go extra mile to fulfil my additional requests if there is a possibility. And on the top of it there is a magnificent view and convenient location!
