Was so well looked after by the staff who were able to accommodate my request for a bath tub. I am so very appreciative of the care they showed me - and I had a wonderful stay to celebrate my birthday and work party.

Generally, our stay was pleasant and we appreciated being on the top floor. The room was spacious with a reasonably stocked bar refrigerator. However, we noted that there was a lock on the inside of the bathroom which was not accessable from the outside. This is quite dangerous as it means that should someone suffer an untoward incident in the bathroom when it is locked from inside the bahroom the only way to get to that person would be to ohysically knock down the door. I believe this should be fixed urgently and I am uncertain as to whether this applies to all the bathrooms or only ours which was 9608.
