A favorite. The International was built to stand the test of time. Our preferences are the original rooms, true to the opulent classic style of the hotel. Combined with upgrades across the hotel, the International remains a top quality experience. Disappointing wheelchair parking is no longer complementary as of a few years ago (when management changed?) - inconsistent with local standards, most other Hotels, and the other wise consistently great service standards of The International. Most disappointing of all at the time were explanations provided by a 'new' staff member who was massively condescending, and out of touch with industry and local standards. So after a break from the International, thought we would stay again for old times sake. Very happy to say some of the Internationals experienced genuinely positive staff were still there. Icing on the cake. What a difference respectful positive frontline service makes. The best. Note: some more shade on the pool deck could be good. On a previous visit it was dissapointing the sauna was not operational. Has this been re-instated?

We chose the Pullman to stay for our 20th wedding anniversary. From the moment we walked through the front doors we knew we would have a fabulous stay. We were warmly welcomed. Everything was explained in detail and the room was beautiful. Safe place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. We may just make it a yearly visit for our anniversary, we were so pleased by the comfort and convenience of the hotel.
