I loved the room and reception staff!! Honestly would have done a 10/10 however I booked the room with dayuse.com and my time slot was 9am - 4pm. I went to sleep straight away as I’d come off a red eye flight, I had do not disturb on the room and had one encounter where I just heard the last knock and woke up in a panic thinking it was past my check out time and a male staff member opened the door which did frighten me to ask me when I’m checking out which I found odd as it was only 11am I told him I have the room till 4 and he said ok and left. Then two hours later another knock of a women saying I’ve had an exteneded stay so do I need anything with a cart of snacks it looks like I had to re explain I only checked in at 9am and have it till 4. I struggled to relax and sleep and I was concerned if someone would knock and enter if I didn’t wake up. That’s the only issue I had.

Nice refurbishment of large rooms, although it was a little disappointing to see stains in the new carpet already. Very comfortable beds and modern bathrooms with shower (not over a bath thankfully). Breakfast on the more expensive side but good options. Communications with some breakfast staff was difficult when asking for some hot almond milk to go with the buffet coffee (which tastes great btw).

I cannot believe that you do not supply a bottle of drinking water anymore. I think it is a mistake. I cannot drink tap water due to allergies. When I arrived at midnight and checked in I could not find a bottle and I was not prepared to pay $8 for the mini bar water.

I was exhausted from travel so went to bed early to recover, unfortunately I was woken at 10pm by a raging party ( with screaming and people falling into the walls ) next to me that didn't stop until after 1130. I did not expect backpacker levels of noise in such a hotel.

The quality of the staff was a mixed affair, some were exceptional and others quite poor. Initially we were checked into rooms on the 16th floor, one only had sheer curtains and they were well past due for an update. Staff were able to move us to the 4th floor and the renovated rooms were substantially improved.

I was not happy with the cleanliness off the hotel room. Found cockroaches above the fridge tea coffee making area. Made video and showed the reception staff. I expected better cleanliness in a place like Pullman. As we were due to move to a different room the following day I left the room early and gave the key so they could attend to the cockroaches before the next guest arrived to occupy the room I knew the hotel was fully booked. f need be happy to provide video. I am only reporting this so the hotel can do better. Not planning to put this out into the community or the public. For reporting this I was suffered 2 days complimentary breakfast.

Checking later than used to. Parking good underneath. Room good, but lamps out of place. Amenities table in bathroom the same. TV smart, but no functionality- greets only. Big issue was the stream of conferences happening. Very loud and congested - especially at breakfast.
