I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Cairns International. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well presented. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The location is excellent, close to the waterfront, restaurants, and local attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Cairns. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

From the time we entered and was met by Larissa was A. great experience so helpful and just A. lovely lady to have at front of house as was your Gentleman not sure of his name at the restaurant for breakfast during our stay was amazing also

Having previously stayed 5 years ago while the hotel was having rooms renovated and enduring the noise and inconvenience, it was more than disappointing to find only one third of the hotel rooms were actually completed. It looks terrible from the outside as only a third of the balconies have been painted and our unrenovated room was in a terrible state of repair. The bathroom handbasin had 3 very visible large cracks in it, the intercom phone in the bathroom repeatedly fell off the wall. The room smelt musty and the carpet was thin, discoloured and faded with stains beside the bed. Overall we were incredibly disappointed in the presentation of the accommodation.

On the morning (4.30am) of the 8th march 2026 a fight broke out in the corridor on the 9th floor by some local guests! screaming & banging on doors! I packed up & left at 5am! The worst stay in a hotel i've ever experienced. No managers attended the situation on the floor. Poor form.
