Everything was great with 2 exceptions: 1. In the morning there was a high pitched noise - differential air pressure between the room and hall was generating a high pitched ‘whistle’ that obstructed sleep. 2. During the final stage of the workshop the coffee machine was doing a self clean which was during the time teams were presenting and we needed a very quiet room so all participants could clearly listen. These were just 2 incidences that took a score from 10 down to an 8.

Easy and friendly check in with Steve the Assistant Manager. Rooms are excellent and well appointed. Bathroom and bedding first class and very comfortable. Great location and you can walk to a variety of shops and restaurants along the peninsula. A little more expensive than competition but worth every cent.

We booked through booking.com and when we got there we were given a room on view of units and houses, so husband went down and asked reception if we could move to the water side view. They said yes but it will be an upgrade so husband was happy to pay the $100 extra for the upgrade, expecting a better room but was same room with just water views. Was disappointed that he was not told that the $100 was just for water views. The towels in the bathroom presented are that thin that I us them as dog towel. Water in room you had to pay for bottle, usually you are offered at lest one complementary to start with. There were no snack to purchase and not even a vending machine to get snacks. Won't stay there again for the cost.

We apologise if it was not clearly communicated that the additional charge was specifically for the upgraded view, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We also regret that the bathroom towels did not meet your expectations. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and your comments regarding the towels will be shared with our housekeeping team for review. Thank you also for your feedback regarding bottled water and snack options. As part of Accor's sustainability initiatives, complimentary bottled water is not provided in guest rooms. We would also like to clarify that a mini bar menu is available in all rooms, offering a selection of snacks and beverages for purchase. Should you require additional snacks or refreshments during your stay, our reception team is always happy to assist. While we are disappointed that your stay did not provide the value and experience you were expecting, we do appreciate your honest feedback. Great weekend away watching the dolphins from the balcony each morning and enjoying walks along the jetty walkway to all the cafes and shops nearby. The staff were welcoming and very helpful with any suggestions for local spots to explore and services within the hotel. The Sebel is very central to the main street in Mandurah permitting easy access to shopping and spots of interest.

Arrived at Sebel. FIRST ROOM: My room was a king bed ONLY NO NO beds for my 2 mokopunas as that is what I booked. It had NO BATH. SECOND ROOMGot moved to another room same scenario NO BEDS FOR MY MOKOPUNAS. FINALLY THIRD ROOM A BED FOR MY MOKOPUNAS AND A BATH VERY, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING SEBEL IT TOOK my time to pack my things three times to finally get the room I Booked for myself and my mokopunas. BIG OUTSIDE WINDOWS TO WERE DISGUSTING DIRTY. NO ONE HAD CLEANED THE WINDOWS BEFORE I ARRIVED !!!
