The room (bath bliss) was lovely and balcony view over the foreshore (with dolphins right outside on several occasions) perfect. Breakfast on the restaurant balcony or inside on cooler mornings was good food well served and artistic presentation too! Disabled parking was convenient and easily reached, and the lift down to the foreshore made wheelchair access to go round the bay to the many restaurants or round into Dolphin Quay easy.

Lovely stay but our room was not great. Horrible musty smell which is likely known about as there was a scented reed diffuser up high on a shelf. Luckily the window opened but then a lot of noise from the restaurant/pub which was not good for sleeping. Lastly, the rooms weren’t serviced well. No rubbish was taken away and no vacuuming. Floors not vacuumed at all or towels replaced. I think the only this that was done was beds made. People were lovely and friendly though and great location

Loved our room, although friends closer to the Pen had a hard time with the doof-doof thump of music on the Friday night...couldn't hear a thing in our room :) The only downfall was breakfast time - Sunday the wait person preferred to lean over the counter chatting to the barista or disappear, rather than clean tables and reset, and Saturday morning only one person on and who was clearly over-whelmed with it all having reception on hand to help was her only saviour. The rooms were incredibly clean, although our fridge just froze everything in it which was a shame as hadn't noticed it was turned right up. Surprised that the water bottles weren't complimentary, personally I would think they should be free or not there at all

Don't discuss anything with Steve, he won't know nor care to look. No care, no empathy. The rest of the girls were amazing
