For a one night stay, this was a perfectly adequate option. So far as I could tell, there were few facilities (although I had no time to explore) and I was not offered any help in getting heavy suitcases from the car or into our room.Nice view over the bay and plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Great spot Walking distance to town and theatre, entertainment centre Cafes etc One special thing I like about the Sebel is they still deliver a paper to your room How good is that. No hotels I have been to forever do that anymore Staff helpful and friendly

It's a nice hotel, but only serves breakfast. There is a small pool and a basic gym, but if you're coming here you'll probably be more interested in walking in Mandurah anyway. That's where the hotel shines - you can't beat the location. Step out of the downstairs lift and you are right in the tourist part of Mandurah. The Pen Restaurant is 25m to the left as you exit, and after that you have the theater, cinema, cafes, bars and restaurants.
