Good location, for some reason the wood at the bottom of door was broken off and the cold-water tap had been tightened with a wrench so you couldn't use it.

Whilst checkin was late, we were given a complimentary bottle of wine and a free upgrade. The room was huge and had everything you would need. The food was delicious I was definitely impressed with the included breakfast. The serving sizes were perfect for my husband and I. The location was minutes from circular quay and a easy walk. The only downfall is parking. Not being able to guarantee a valet and parking during the stay can be very confronting for those who like certainty. We utilised the wilson parking right next to the hotel and I feel like that worked out better. As the day of check out we were able to pack the car and continue exploring Sydney no rush 😊

Iconic view of the Harbour, the Opera House and the Bridge from the big windows of the living room in our luxurious 2BR, 2BA 20th floor suite. Included breakfasts at The Quartier restaurant were excellent. First class service. Great location. Small, but nice gym with 2 good treadmills and great view. Kitchen was a bit cramped and not adequately equipped for cooking.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sebel Quay West. Although the room had required an extended clean before our arrival due to the previous guests, the team clearly worked hard to have everything ready for us. Walking in and seeing the Opera House and Harbour Bridge in all their stunning glory was an unforgettable wow moment. The three-bedroom penthouse apartment felt like such a treat, and the pool was an experience in itself. We did have a small issue with the insinkerator, which we ended up fixing ourselves, but it did not take away from the overall stay. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. We had an international guest flying out the next morning, and this was a beautiful way to end what had been a fantastic trip for her. A memorable stay in an incredible location, with a team who really made us feel looked after.

We only stayed 2 nights but were blown away by the friendly, professional staff. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The views of the city were spectacular.

I had a great stay with my niece recently. I had added in the booking that it was my niece’s birthday and the staff wrote a card and left a cake in the fridge. This was such an amazing gesture! She was so excited and still talks about getting her cake. Thank you to all the delightful staff!

Sebel Quay West Suites offers a comfortable and well‑appointed apartment stay that is ideal for a relaxing getaway in Sydney. Its location is excellent because it is only a short walk from The Rocks, allowing easy access to one of the city’s most historic and lively precincts. The rooms are bright and inviting, the facilities are thoughtfully arranged, and the on‑site restaurant provides a cosy and pleasant atmosphere. There is one small drawback. The bathtub does not have a hot‑water tap, which means it is not possible to fill the tub with warm water. This is a minor issue that could be improved. Apart from that, the experience is superb. The reception staff vary in their approach. Some are very friendly and helpful while others are less welcoming. Even so, the overall stay remains positive. We would certainly choose to return.

Poor service, unclean rooms, blanket was ripped. No water on arrival as other hotels do. Desks were barely attended. Overall just seems like a run down hotel. Extremely disappointed would never stay again.

Great location within the Rocks district which made the major sites and attractions within easy walking distance. Also, the views from the room were incredible of both the harbor bridge and the Opera House.
