Overall, not satisfied. Will start with saying that the staff I had any interaction with were excellent. But my disappointment started with the quality of the food from room service. I had a club sandwich, base line room service food. But the quality was disappointing chucks of pan fried chicken, large chuck of tomato and both the chip and the ingredients taste like they were cooked in stale oil. A few options of pillows available but struggled to find a comfortable option. Room felt like it was made it in hurry. And the main dissatisfaction for me and the reason I decided to stay here instead of my usual place was access to a gym. Which was poorly maintained, broken equipment very limited set of weights and limited area to work in. Other area's worth calling out was the area at the front of the hotel. Lose pavers, in the main driveway and foot path, which are a trip hazard,
