I believed I booked a one bedroom apartment, but it came to our surprise it came with a family of spider's who had built a city of webs in the lounge room corner. We informed reception to have it cleaned but they sent us a bottle of wine and left the web. 12pm, pool guy hopped into the pool with his spray bottle of chemicals and a scrubbing brush to clean the pool while half a dozen of us were in the pool, he remarked with "if you have a problem with it, take it up with management". Bartender extremely rude to us after asking for some salt. The hotel in all is beautiful but it could use with new management and proper training skills.

Great resort but limited food and bar availability- arrived on a Sunday and no food or drinks available until Wednesday?- then pool side bar open 1230-3- but sometimes it would be 12- and then maybe 11?- advertising of times wrong- staff would say wrong times- all very confusing?

Our two bedroom apartment was spacious beautiful and very comfortable. The whole hotel is beautiful but it is unsuitable for disabled people like me for two reasons. Although there was a lift to the room, there was a step that stopped me from going in with my scooter and I had to lift it into the room every time. The second reason is that it is impossible to get into the main pool if you cannot go up/down steps. There are handrails and steps to get in the pool but to access them you have to go up or down multiple steps and my husband had to lift my scooter up two sets of steps. There are only two ways in and both involve multiple steps - one of the ways has no handrails. I was only able to swim once because of this difficulty to get in the pool and missed out on swimming with my family for the rest of my stay. This beautiful resort needs to invest in improving accessibility so that disabled people can also enjoy it.

We do also note in our accessibility information that all rooms include a small step at the entrance, which is why we strongly encourage guests with specific mobility requirements to contact us directly prior to arrival so we can assist in selecting the most suitable option. We are also transparent regarding accessibility throughout the resort facilities. Public areas of the resort are designed with a mix of access options, including some step access and assisted entry points where applicable. Our team is always available to provide guidance and support where needed to help guests navigate the resort as comfortably as possible. We are very sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced accessing the pool and the impact this had during your stay.
