Great experience. On some occasions staff shortages was experienced. It would be good if guest could keep pool toys and splashing out of the lap pool.

On check in we were told we couldn’t have our free upgrade as they were fully booked, yet I could book 3 of the upgrade rooms both immediately after checkin as well as later that day. Our room was extremely small in a far corner of the resort. It had no indoor chairs or table & the sideboard that was under the tv didn’t match any other furniture & was very old & scratched.
