the staff at the hotel really made me and my brother really happy , muntaz did a great job in handling some issues i had , all the reception made us feel comfortable from the moment we check in till we checked out , truly a wonderful experience we had here

Overall, my short stay was satisfactory. However, there are a few areas that require attention. First, the television provided only radio signals throughout the duration of my stay. While watching TV may not be a priority for every traveler, it is important that in-room amenities function as advertised. Additionally, the power button for the mirror light in the bathroom was malfunctioning. As an Accor Heartiest member, it was disappointing to be assigned a room with these defects. Regardless of the star rating, I believe all guests should receive consistent service and well-maintained accommodations.

Staycation Ramadan, but I don't really feel any entitlement as Accor gold, not acknowledged by staff

Fruits in the room are not fresh. Fruits at the breakfast are not fresh. As I frequently stay here, I would like to highlight this to hotel management.

it's a bit out of center, around 10 mins from the Petronas tower. It's not a bad location but not great either, entirely dependent on what you want to do. the bedroom is clean overall but they need to change the towels, they are really old and really used, sometimes with rust or other stains.
