Nossa, bom demais da conta. Sou de Sergipe e viemos em 07 pessoas para Gramado. De lá viemos pra POA e Foram 03 diárias super confortáveis no ÍBIS Guaíba. Com certeza ao voltar pro RS, o IBIS será nossa primeira opção. Funcionários super educados( obrigada, Alexia, Fabiano, Rose, Sirlei, Priscila e Rafael) atenciosos com sinceridade, diferente de muitos locais em Gramado. Quartos limpos e super confortáveis, ótimo tamanho, café da manhã e demais refeições deliciosas, me surpreendeu positivamente. Valeu super a pena. Parabéns a toda a equipe!!

We stayed here for one night. Staff was friendly and there were good parking options. Despite being relatively new we found the rooms and corridors to be quite worn down and not at all maintained. There were several dead cockroaches on the floor at different locations. The biggest drawback was the air condition. Apparently the system is poorly maintained. We received a room where the AC didn’t work (it was 30 degrees outside and hence very warm inside). Upon informing the staff they seemed familiar with the issue and offered to reset the system. However this did not help. We then asked to change rooms, and the new room had the same issue - a faulty AC unit that would stop working every few minutes and then just blow warm air. We informed the staff again and received then information that „this is the same issue all over the hotel“ and that nothing else could be done. We decided to google the issue with this AC system ourselves, and it became clear that it is a result of poor / no maintenance of the AC system, or a system that is not correctly installed. As a result we had a bad nights sleep in an overheated room. Breakfast was surprisingly good. However, we would not stay again due to the lack of maintenance and care for the building resulting in several shortcomings that impact the stay quality just too much.

Hello Frederik, Thank you for your feedback. I am truly sorry for the unforeseen event that occurred during your stay; our service fell short of expectations. Regarding our air conditioning, our unit is experiencing a problem, not due to lack of maintenance on the units, but due to the heating system of the condensers. After one unit is turned on to heat, the rest of the units in the line malfunction. We are already in contact with the manufacturer to find the best solution to the problem. Regarding the insects found, as we are in the month of pest control for the building and its surroundings, some insects end up dying in places like the underground parking and near the emergency stairs. However, as this is a procedure that occurs monthly, we cannot predict it. Again, thank you for your feedback, and we will proceed with the refund for your stay due to the operational failure and how your experience was negatively impacted. Muy prolijo, todo como nuevo. Fácil de llegar, sin tránsito pesado. Parking abierto pero seguro y cómodo. Muy buen desayuno (con Nutella!). No hay demasiada variedad pero está bien. Y máquina de café y chocolate caliente "3 Coracoes" que es de buena calidad. Los croisants no son como los del Río de la Plata pero están bien. Excelente trato del personal. Seguramente volvamos en nuestro próximo viaje a Floripa.
