We arrived to the reception desk to verify that with no document for our 20 months old grand daughter,her parents were helpless, no manager for talk.........no flexibility no comprehension or empathy, Finally we got the documents,the first room asignes was going to be cleaned at the moment,room service employee was fuming because of the confusion,the second room assigned was occupied...........unbelievable!!!!!!! In my room ( one of two booked) ,mirror lights were not working and tv was dead........ I’m an accord hotels memebwr and this is the first time I’m deceived .......,,completely........exhausted......... Cleaning team was great trying always to help with a smile.......... Why is it so hard to be good for you,guys!?????!!!!!

Walls were paper thin and very noisy. At first we were given the furthest room of the corridor, even when the hotel was far from full capacity, right above the freeway were the noise of the cars made it impossible to relax. We requested a change of room and the receptionist responded with a bad attitude. Beds are unconfortable. I had leftovers from our night out and we did not have a minibar to store it, and were told we could not leave it in the kitchen. This was our san valentines and anniversary get-away but we could not enjoy it.

Nice and clean rooms in a good location in Pilar-BA. Bathroom was the weaker thing with some leaks in the foucets and some smell filtration
