I stayed at the hotel several times this year, and the treatment I received was as if it were the first and only time I stayed there. I always have some problem at check-in regarding who made the reservation. The Internet in the rooms is very bad, in fact I had to work at Olivier to be able to have connectivity.

Room was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was good but coffee did not taste well during the 3 days of stay. Room did not have a phone or a refrigerator.

One employee entered my room because they had assigned it to another guest. It was a scary experience. However staff was really nice. I was disappointed to see there was no gym (even if just a few items for a quick workout).
