the hotel is located in a good area, there is a shopping mall in front of the hotel and below the hotel there are some very good restaurants. The reception staff was excellent, very kind to solve problems, I had a problem of not having a plug adapter and they kindly offered me one for the duration of my stay. The breakfast service was very good, the bread was exquisite.

Overall, my stay was good. I am only disappointed because I still did not receive the invoice with my stay expenses breakdown. At the check-out, I was informed I would receive in a couple days by e-mail, but one week later, and didn't get the invoice.

Good stay, good food, bad laundry

It was kindly at all time, excellent food unless they close early but very bad experience with Laundry, my clothes were reduced in size after the laundry delivered it. There was no refund nor replacement offer
