Positive points: The hotel’s location is very good, making it easy to get around and access the main areas of the city. Another extremely positive highlight was the service provided by the staff member on duty on the day I had a problem with my key card. Even though the situation was beyond her control, she was very polite, attentive, patient, and genuinely concerned about helping me, looking for alternatives and supporting me the entire time. Negative points: During the four days of my stay, basic items in the room such as soap and disposable cups were not replenished, and towels were replaced only a few times, which gave the impression of a lack of care regarding housekeeping and guest comfort. The rooms are quite worn and in need of renovation. The pillows and bed linen are of low quality and uncomfortable, which directly affects the quality of sleep. The internet connection was slow throughout the stay, making it difficult to use even for simple tasks. Another negative point was the smell of cigarette smoke in several areas of the hotel, including places where it should not be present, which is very unpleasant, especially for non-smokers. On the second-to-last day, I had a major issue with my room key card, which suddenly stopped working. Despite the great effort and excellent attitude of the receptionist on duty, it took more than two hours to solve the problem due to the lack of responsible staff or technical support at a critical time — exactly when guests were returning to their rooms. This situation shows the need to review staffing and operational support so that issues can be resolved more quickly. Summary of the experience: The hotel’s strong point is its location and it has attentive staff members, but it significantly needs to improve room maintenance, the quality of bed linen and pillows, the replenishment of basic items, the elimination of cigarette smells in the environment, and the operational support structure. With these improvements, the guest experience would certainly be much more comfortable and satisfactory.

Compartiremos sus palabras con ella, ya que reconocimientos como el suyo son una gran motivación. Lamentamos sinceramente los inconvenientes que experimentó durante su estancia. No es el estándar de calidad y servicio que buscamos ofrecer. Tomamos nota de sus comentarios respecto a la reposición de artículos básicos, el recambio de toallas y el estado general de la habitación. Revisaremos estos puntos con el equipo de housekeeping y mantenimiento para reforzar los controles y asegurar una experiencia más confortable. También nos preocupa lo mencionado sobre la calidad de la ropa de cama y las almohadas, la velocidad de la conexión a internet y el olor a humo en algunas áreas. Son aspectos fundamentales para el descanso y bienestar de nuestros huéspedes, y trabajaremos junto a los sectores correspondientes para implementar mejoras concretas. En relación con el inconveniente de la tarjeta de acceso, le pedimos disculpas por la demora en la resolución. Entendemos lo incómodo que debió haber sido, especialmente después de un día fuera del hotel. Su comentario sobre la necesidad de optimizar el soporte operativo y la disponibilidad de personal en momentos críticos será elevado a la gerencia para su evaluación. I think that the price is way more expensive that it should, as the room wasn’t that big or comfortable. The best part is the location of the hotel.
