The worst hotel at have stayed at, really small rooms, water leaks everywhere, even I had to kill a cockroach

The staff were friendly. The breakfast is basic but enjoyable. Location is very central to many attractions, bars, restaurants and cafes. Easily accessible by public transport. Unfortunately the rooms have no soundproofing from the streets or corridor. I could hear the street noise clearly, even on level 10. We also heard the young family with children staying across the hall, even with both doors closed. Rooms are basic, but clean. Shower in our room was poorly designed and allows water to get through a gap and onto the floor, saturating the bath mat. The door was also loud and clunky to open. Felt closer to an Ibis Budget than and Ibis Styles, unfortunately
