I have been traveling for business and pleasure world wide for 50 years and about 5,000 nights in hotels. So take my comments seriously please. This Ibis location has good clean rooms, good beds, good shower but showers need anti-slip strips added to prevent falls. and resulting lawsuits. Shower door needs a better seal. Water leaked all over the floor and made big mess. A simple seal from local hardware store could fix this. Good TV but needs some English language news channels. The power outlet by one of the beds was dead - check all power outlets occasionally. This caused my cell phone to go dead because charger was not working plugged in there. Had to move it to desk area. Put 2 chairs in the room please instead of just one. Please supply more than 2 towels for a room with 2 beds. We had to ask for 2 more towels. The bath mat was too small. The room should have a microwave oven and refrigerator and coffee maker. They are both under $100 in cost so not a big cost to the hotel. A coffee maker only costs $25 - room should have one - even low cost hotels have all these items today all over the world. The breakfast was good but the eggs and other food was cold. Buy a food warmer please to keep the food hot on the buffet for guests. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke good English and was very helpful. Good employees at this hotel. Good central location close to theatres, business district and shopping. We enjoyed our 6 nights in Buenos Aires at this hotel. This hotel just needs a few small improvements and I would then come back next year.
