Service did not speak English well enough understand basic request. Courtesy was not good. One room of my group was canceled and I had to find a different hotel for him. I have an other trip to Buenos Aires in few months and I definitely not stay there.

Room lacks maintenance and it is dirty, sink was clogged, bed linen and towels were old and torn, power outlets were not properly working.

Everything was amazing: the location is excellent, very easy to move around the city from the hotel; the rooms were beautiful, the space was just enough, the bed is from another planet! just perfect, extra comfy. and the breakfast, the best i’ve had in many hotels. overall, i will come back next time.

front desk staff could not care less, I did not get cleaning service, I forgot cash in the safe under the felt mat for sure and they keep telling me it was not there, I know it was. I stayed the week before at Ibis Obelisco and they were so much nicer, a far better experience. Still waiting to hear from my cash.
