This is the worst ibis Styles hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filled with a bad smell, and the towels and bedding also had an unpleasant odor. The toilet seat was broken as well. After reporting the issues to the hotel staff, they changed us to another room, but it was exactly the same， the room smelled bad, and the pillows, sheets, and mattress all had that terrible odor. The bathroom walls were covered with body hair that hadn’t been properly cleaned. Aside from the good location, I couldn’t find anything positive to say about this place. I originally booked five nights, but after the first night, I simply couldn’t stand it anymore. Sleeping on a foul smelling pillow felt like spending the night in a pile of garbage. I checked out immediately. Without a doubt, this was the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had.

Service did not speak English well enough understand basic request. Courtesy was not good. One room of my group was canceled and I had to find a different hotel for him. I have an other trip to Buenos Aires in few months and I definitely not stay there.
