You get what you pay for. Decent clean and comfortable room, decent breakfast. One staff members not helpful. I requested the invoices for my 3 stays contain the company details and VAT number. Valentina told me she couldn't do it. After Indians threatening to cancel payment due to the non issue of an invoice, Joaquin intervened and it was done. But VERY SLOWLY!

The room was small but spacious enough for our family of four. They had complimentary water and coffee at the bar, and sometimes pastry too. The beds were comfortable. There's a fridge. The rooms ventilation was poor. Location was excellent, near theaters and pedestrian area. Over all a good place to stay.

when open door room bathroom was full in water , i found water leack from sink line, after the problem fix, the toilet water tank push handle was keep inside and the water drain all the time , room was very little, is not the ibis standard arround the world, id stay many times in ibis hotels in many cities in spain , there ibis hotel is really confortable nica rooms, but in buenos aires city my experience was a little down than average. i was expected something better , also girl desk was so better

I enjoyed my stay here. It is well located to a lot of walkable locations and the breakfast was pretty good. The room is small unless you are traveling solo but that’s OK. This is a good place to stay when passing through Buenos Aires. The breakfast is solid, with a range of local and international foods. The family room has enough space, although not too much, and the beds were comfortable. The aircon was too bright when on, and blows onto the main bed making it very cold. Fortunately we didn’t need it much. Staff were friendly and helpful, and they had hot water and filtered water available at all times. Loved the 24/7 attention at the main desk, and the early breakfast times. Worth checking out if you are looking for a place.
