*) Staff at the restaurants is poorly trained. We went to two different ones. Slow service. When food came, twice out of three they brought the wrong meals. *) The facilities are very good, but rooms require some renovation. Mattress had no cover and you could see it from the side

The rooms are spacious with large terraced balconies overlooking nature. Relaxing and comfortable, even to enjoy during the rain, as well as the many indoor activities.

Nice place overall, but the service and accommodations fell short and could be much improved. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and we had repeated issues with the key cards, often unable to access the room.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were large with nice patios, and the location felt secure and relatively quiet considering it’s next to a big highway. However, for the price point, the facility seemed run down in certain areas - especially in the rooms. The shower doors didn’t close properly, the sink had peeling caulking, and the shower was sloped incorrectly such that all the water drained out into the main bathroom floor. The staff didn’t provide bar soap, nor did they replace the towels that they took. The main pool was freezing but the hot pool was lovely. It felt like cost cutting was in full effect which took away from the five star luxury experience that was claimed.
