We had a great stay. The facilities were amazing. The food needs a little upgrade. The dinner menu was very short with very few choices. Breakfast was fantastic. The coffee needs improvement.

Overall it was good but the food from the hotel restaurant was pretty bad. I would expect more of a luxury hotel and the food prices. Also, some activities were full so we couldn’t enjoy them. The room was really nice

Bad service, no maintanance

The hotel lacks mainainance all over the place. The restaurant La Butaca is extremely expensive and low quality. I was asked to move from my room with a kid and a baby and got no compensation and a worst room.

I went to the spa (Sauna) for 15 minutes and they charged me 105,000 pesos (Unacceptable)
