Great experience! There is little food offer available, many things wasnt working in the room so we have to ask many times for assistance, great job from the kids club staff

I still dont understand the difference between the price that you publish on the web and the one that the staff sent by email and charged, the only difference should be VAT tax. But this was the second time we stay in this hotel and we are extremely satisfied

Everything was great, attention at breakfast and the restaurant took a big too long and wasn’t very organized, but otherwise the place is beautiful and everything went great

Extremely overpriced. Location needs refurbishing and staff needs urgent customer service training.

We spent last weekend. When we made the reservation we requested a Luxury Suite with a King bed. We got a room with three single beds. It was an issue to change it. The staff was in general very unresponsive. The Concierge was rude. Most managers were playing with their mobile instad of controlling their dependents. Also the hotel needs refurbishing. From the TVs to the linens. As I said overpriced, old and very bad customer service.

I've been in this hotel several times for business and now with my wife to spend some free time. This time I've found the service level of the Hotel in line with the expectations, brand, and Hotel infrastructure that is fabulous; this is exceptional. I've made this comment because in my previous stay in this hotel the service level was not exceptional as it always found it. But it seems was just an exception...Very good experience.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The whole staff was friendly and did everything to help our stay become a delightful experience. We have two small children and if there was a specific food not on the menu they made sure to make it for us and when my 2 year-old daughter was home sick the reception lady made a care package for her that brightened up her day!

It's 45' drive from the capital city. Suitable for almost all. Families (there are many), friends, couples and coorporate. It's so big and peaceful that you hardly notice the kids playing around. (Good thing, they are not allowed in the spa area after 7pm. Spa closes at 9pm)
