Confortable stay but everything is slow. Check in and check out was a slow process even making the check in online before. Same at the bar, took a lot of time to even take out order.

The location and the grounds are very good, as are the buffet food (unlike the restaurant dinner) and the staff’s service; however, the facilities show a clear lack of maintenance, with dampness on the walls, unpleasant odors in the gym and indoor pool bathroom areas, and worn items such as the iron, ironing board, and room furniture. It was probably a true five‑star hotel in the past, but today it falls well short of that standard

I had some problems with my room. Besides not having the same supplies as my colleagues, such us extra towels and flipflops, the main issue was the shower - that didn't work. I could only take showers on the bath, because the shower didn't work properly. It was way too hot. The AC also was very complicated to use.
