the location it is great , the hotel it is a good shape but the service it is poor for the rate you pay.

Capacitation for your young personal. They are trying to do the best but not enough for the price you pay. Lounge , restaurant. Same situation. it is only one place to have dinner , your service people do not have an idea how to sell your food , beverage . We have dinner and no body come to us to say nothing about the ¨pasteleria¨ will close if we want to have dessert... Beautiful pool and beach , but for sunset if you want to have a drink or some snacks you need to bring your own stuff... At the pool , it is a bar , nobody come to ask if we want something to drink and when we ask ... it was more like please do not bother me. Frigebar empty in the room. Why? Each room has a wonderful balcony to enjoy with a bottle of wine , some chips... it is all thing the hotel can sell , I am not asking for a gift but I want to be able to feel the temptation to buy ! I am on vacation! The hotel it is wonderful but to far to be the hotel it was 4 years ago in service. And finally please , we need a phone number to call when we have questions in the process to make the reservation, and that number it have to be easy to find in your website and the most important a human person can respond as well. In my case the reservation always it is the last minute... I hope next time I can see again the hotel as it was in the past or better.
