We are delighted to know that you enjoyed the beauty of the hotel, especially our spa facilities, and that aspects such as cleanliness, the pool, accommodation, wifi service, and your arrival experience met your expectations. At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your honest observations regarding the atmosphere and availability of certain outlets during your stay. We understand your disappointment concerning the temporary closure of the piano bar and the limited restaurant operations, as well as the lighting around the outdoor pool area during the evening.
