I had some problems with my room. Besides not having the same supplies as my colleagues, such us extra towels and flipflops, the main issue was the shower - that didn't work. I could only take showers on the bath, because the shower didn't work properly. It was way too hot. The AC also was very complicated to use.

I had several inconveniences during my stay. On the first night, I couldn't adjust the temperature of the shower and had to ask for it to be checked. Additionally, my key card failed three times, and I had to figure out how to open the door using the hotel app. The lunch we were offered was very disappointing. The event at the silo was very good. The breakfast was also very good, although I would have liked the reserved tables for business groups to be identified

Hotel is very nice, however service was slow, food was not great, and it takes a long time to clear the security gate. We spent almost 20 minutes waiting at the gate.
