The air conditioner from room 324 has noisy output.

The hotel is not necessarily maintained and some things are starting to show the age. We left to do some sightseeing and upon returning discovered some cash we had for our trip was stolen.

In situations involving personal belongings, it is essential to have supporting documentation or verifiable details that may assist in conducting a more in-depth investigation. Unfortunately, without such information, our ability to further advance in the process becomes limited. We would also like to kindly remind that the hotel provides in-room safes, as well as a central safety deposit service, recommended for the secure storage and declaration of valuable items. We had dinner with my wife (birthday and pregnant) and my daughter. We waited a lot to get our food served. One of the dishes had a wrong side dish, we had to wait more, we ate at different moments. After waiting that much my daughter was not feeling comfortable waiting that long (you know, kids). It was expensive based on what we ate and the overall quality + the time wasted. We couldn't enjoy activities as it was too late
