We had dinner with my wife (birthday and pregnant) and my daughter. We waited a lot to get our food served. One of the dishes had a wrong side dish, we had to wait more, we ate at different moments. After waiting that much my daughter was not feeling comfortable waiting that long (you know, kids). It was expensive based on what we ate and the overall quality + the time wasted. We couldn't enjoy activities as it was too late

Confortable stay but everything is slow. Check in and check out was a slow process even making the check in online before. Same at the bar, took a lot of time to even take out order.

The location and the grounds are very good, as are the buffet food (unlike the restaurant dinner) and the staff’s service; however, the facilities show a clear lack of maintenance, with dampness on the walls, unpleasant odors in the gym and indoor pool bathroom areas, and worn items such as the iron, ironing board, and room furniture. It was probably a true five‑star hotel in the past, but today it falls well short of that standard
