Nice hotel though a little old. Great breakfast with good foods and fruits Located on a busy street , convenient location to tourist sites, lots of restaurants nearby. but some noise in night Very safe.

- At the checking, was tried inadequately charge me the full price of my reservation, but I used points to get some discount. Only after I question about, they provide me the discount. - The hotel is old and needs to be refurbished - Breakfast is not good at all. Old breads, few options. By far the worst breakfask that I get in any of other accor hotel. - Shower was not good

Although the location is great, the rooms at this property need some renovation. It is not about just replacing the carpet, but the walls, bathrooms and furniture need to be renovated. I had to ask for a different room since the first one had a cigarette smell. The second room has black mold in the wall that separates the shower from the bedroom. The personnel was polite ans professional at all times.

Service great, room pretty good with suitable amenities…. Can’t understand why in STH America the fridges are not cold and the food isn’t hot more mild … not just here everywhere…. Breakfast was just ok…. Thought could offer poolside drink service …. Pool was too hot to cool off in after day of walking in heat… and it closes early at 7pm….i would stay again as good service and good price
