This hotel has an awesome locaiton. It is in an excellent spot right in the theatre district, with a nice lobby leading into the street. Very close to great eating (Pizza Guerrin), as well as great food right in the hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the pool was just off the lobby. Staff were very helpful. Great place to stay for business.

Airport pickup organized and no one at the airport. Several calls to the hotel not answered. Had to catch a taxi and no one apologized for the inconvenience. Breakfast was limited and the coffee was not good. Espresso and cappuccino were not free of charge. The staff was only focused on charging us for coffees but never cleared tables. Rooms were tired - no water pressure and water only warm not hot.

We were told every day that the pool would be open the following day but it took 8 days to fix the issue. The manager said there would be an opportunity of a partial refund so pls let me know how I can receive this

Everything was great but was disappointed that I was not given anything to compensate that the pool was under construction and the website did not mention it at all. I could have stayed at the Savoy.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Buenos Aires with very helpful front desk staff. However, the hotel rooms are small, the restaurant staff don’t really speak English, the pool was never open during a week long stay, and the menu at the hotel restaurant never changes.
