hate that amenities are not supplied claiming they are being environmental instead of cost savings. not clear what is free and what minibar costs. Accor is bad, says it's paid in the app not at the hotel; but it's wrong you have to pay at the hotel. Fix your app!!!

My room was not like the standard expected - it was not impeccable at all - smelly room and bed - not so good . Novotel would be better if update some things like beds and floors - is like a 3* hotel at this point - I usually pick and recommend to pick Novotel but is becoming expensive for the service

The hotel was located in a great area with access to the subway/tube as well as some local activities to explore (thanks to the recommendation from front desk). Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast choice extremely good and well presented. Staff friendly and helpful. We were at the front of the hotel (Saturday), the street was very, very noisy but when we went to reception to ask about a room change, it was done for us before the next night. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

We stayed for three days. The water in the shower was dangerously hot. This is clearly a known problem. We were repeatedly told it would be fixed but it was not until our last night we were able to shower. No offer of compensation, suggested we could shower in hotel next door. Promised calls not made, my wife especially felt ignored. I would not recommend this hotel and will be taking action to gain a refund.
