Issue there is no English Language TV channels. You could provide one news channel. Otherwise it would have received a higher rating.

The hotel is in a great location...minutes walk from key attractions and a great selection of restaurants. The view from the room was not the best but that had no impact on the stay. As a diamond member I was upgraded and also invited to a wine and food tasting experience. Although mostly in Spanish this was a great experience and I really enjoyed it. The reason I am not giving 9 out of 10 is because of the swimming pool. (1) the main pool appeared to be empty and (2) the water in the smaller pools was disgusting and looked polluted. I therefore had no interest in going into it.

Unfortunately on the Sunday night we had a road side room . The noise on the street was so loud we didn’t get to sleep until 1 pm

Nothing better before sleep and after wake-up, to have a great shower right? How about taking a shower after your 5h flight? So, the shower water was falling drop by drop, seriously.
