We have stayed in Palladio once or twice a year. It is always amazing the attention to detail, and almost everything happens flawlessly. The coffee break is amazing with a considerable variety of high-quality products, and the room is clean and very comfortable. The hotel is nicely located, where one can do almost everything walking, taking the subway, or bus. It is a very nice choice for people who want to explore Buenos Aires and have a safe harbor to rest and enjoy the hotel. However, this was the first time we noticed an issue. The first drawer, on the left side of the bed, when we opened it to store some things, we noticed that it looked a bit dirty. I mean, it seemed something was spilled in the drawer, and it dried out without being cleaned. Furthermore, this was the first time that we did not receive the welcome gift; we are ALL Diamond clients. Every time we stayed in Palladio, there was always a different gift to welcome us; sometimes wine with cheese, other pastries, and so on. I mean, we did not complain about this, and we know not all hotels follow the Accor protocols for all clients, but this is the first time this happened in Palladio (with us). Anyway, Palladio is a safe choice to stay in Buenos Aires, and we will continue to stay there every time we visit the city.
