I had the pleasure of spending 3 days at the Palladio. From the accommodations, to the attention, and the great meals, it was over the top great. We left for the falls and returned overnight. The attendants greeted us as returning familia. All this and the decor was beautifully contemporary!

While I encountered several issues with room during my stay - hot water, power outage, TV/remote issues, and safe battery - the staff was EXTREMELY responsive and fixed the issues very quickly. Housekeeping kept the room very tidy and provided additional water service each night. The restaurant staff and room service were also stellar and the food quality was excellent.

We loved our stay in Hotel Palladio. We are a family of 4, and had 2 rooms. It’s centrally located in front of a beautiful park. The rooms are big, beautiful, clean, comfortable beds, excellent views with a terrace, and most importantly, the people at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. We’ll be back to Palladio.

I stayed at the colonial room with balcony. The curtains were dirty on the bottom and the bathroom always smelled like someone had just evacuated unless I put the trash can over some kind of drain that was in the bathroom floor to cover it. Way too expensive for what I received.
