From the moment we arrived the staff was present to assist. We had barely exited our Uber when a doorman was at the car side asking if we were coming to the hotel. From then on, whenever we needed assistance, helpful staff was nearby or arrived within minutes of our requests--to pick up our luggage, to bring ice, to help us with an internet problem. This promptness far exceeded my expectations. Breakfast buffet and made to order hot food was good. When we had to leave for the airport before breakfast, we order a "box" breakfast to go. the room was large and comfortable with nice amenities.

Overall everything was wonderful. Rooms are great sized. Laundry was done perfectly. We had one dinner that wasn’t great. The check was adjusted, which we appreciated.

We visited twice during a recent holiday in Argentina and Uraguay. We were completely happy with both. Comfortable spacious rooms, great reception and housekeeping staff. Great location for the Recoleta museums, the harbour and short taxi ride to the ferry to Colonia. Thoroughly recommend.
