The hotel was really nice and had excellent breakfast. The room was very comfortable as was the bed and the balcony was great. The hotel is in a great location for exploring on foot or public transport. The air conditioning was pumping out a really strong perfume which was overpowering and made my eyes water. This was particularly bad at night when I was trying to sleep. The big disappointment for me was the lack of alcohol free beers. As a 5* hotel I would expect a minimum of one alcohol free beer but the hotel had none. For those who choose not to drink alcohol there needs to be more options than soda and sugary cocktails. It is quite normal these days for hotels to offer 0% beers and even 0% gin such as Tanqueray 0%.

What a beautiful time we had at the Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires - MGallery Collection! Our room had a beautiful balcony with a gorgeous view of the park, was very large, comfortable bed, and extremely friendly and helpful staff!

We loved the location of this fine hotel in Buenos Aires. Being right across from the park made it convenient for us and also offered a wonderful view from our high floor suite. The suite itself was large and well-suited for our stay in the city. The location of the hotel was wonderful and everything was very walkable from this location. We thought the staff at the Palladio were all very accommodating. This is truly a five-star resort. Our only complaint - the gym opening not until 8 a.m. in the morning was very unaccommodating for us. We would have preferred to get up much earlier, hit the gym, and then have a full day to explore the city. We've stayed at other hotels where the gym opens at 6 or even 7 a.m. and thought these times were too late. 8 a.m. was simply unreasonable. In this day and age when most hotel gyms are not even staffed - there is no reason why they shouldn't just put a key card on the door and make it open 24/7 - for the convenience of their guests.

Arrived here from the UK and the staff were friendly and professional. Check in was smooth and our room great . Shower was good , bed comfortable and air con not noisy. An enjoyable 4 nights here and nothing was too much trouble. We left our cases here and had 2 nights in Uruguay before a further night here in an upgraded room. A very good 4 star hotel in Buenos Aires. Highly recommend 👍

We enjoyed the closed proximity to the popular Recoleta neighborhood. The hotel had excellent amenities. A bartender, Jared was particularly helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, breakfast and a lovely dinner while staying at the hotel.
