Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (If I could, I would give it 7 stars!) After a long journey involving 14 flights and 8 different accommodations, Palladio Hotel MGallery was our final stop. Our arrival was delayed by a stressful flight cancellation and engine issues during takeoff, leaving us exhausted. However, the incredible welcome we received at the Palladio made us forget every bit of that stress. Surpassing Expectations From the moment we arrived, the staff recharged us with a refreshing welcome drink. What truly surprised us was being offered an upgrade to an Executive Room and a 20% discount on drinks—all proactively handled by the hotel. Throughout our trip, we usually had to ask for our Expedia Gold benefits, but here, they treated us with genuine care without us saying a word. The Room & Experience As soon as we stepped onto the 4th floor, we were greeted by a wonderful signature scent. Our room was magnificent: spacious, luxurious, and perfectly equipped with an espresso machine, gourmet teas, and a well-stocked minibar. The balcony offered a charming view of the inner courtyards and the restaurant’s glass roof. A standout detail was the hotel’s branded complimentary water in sleek black cans—tasting remarkably pure. Impeccable Service The entire team is perfectly fluent in English and highly professional. Every evening, beyond the regular cleaning, the hospitality team visited our room to ensure we had enough towels and drinks, leaving us with delicious chocolates. The Final Touch On our last day, the hotel granted us a late check-out until 4:00 PM free of charge, allowing us to end our trip in comfort. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels across Peru and Argentina during this trip, I can confidently say that the Palladio team works harder and with more passion than anyone else to make you feel at home. Verdict: Buenos Aires is a beautiful open-air museum, and the Palladio is the jewel in its heart. We cannot wait for the opportunity to return to this masterpiece of hospitality.
