Prior to our arrival, we were staying in Buenos Aires for a few days at another property and then going to Iguazu falls before our stay at Palladio Hotel M gallery. We reached out via email to see if it was possible to drop off our bags for a few days until we returned to Buenos Aires. Matias Fernandez responded to our email quickly and was super helpful from the get go allowing us to drop off our bags! He warmly greeted us when we got there to drop them off and assured us they would be there for us when we got back. Upon arriving to the property, we were warmly greeted by the front door staff and front desk staff and given iced teas. What a nice touch! The property itself is a beautiful escape from the busy city. It has a modern NY or Vegas vibe but is very clean. The staff are honestly what sets it apart. We’ve stayed in many 4-5 star hotels and this is at the top of our list. Matias warmly welcomed us again and checked us in. Upon arrival to the room, our bags were already waiting for us. Our room also included complimentary breakfast (warm breakfast foods, pastries, yogurt, juices, raw honey comb, fresh fruit etc) which was one of the nicest we’ve had. All of the hotel staff, from breakfast to the gym staff which we frequented daily, to housekeeping were warm friendly and welcoming! Matias went above and beyond and even let us have late check out since we didn’t leave for our flight until 5 pm. Thank you for an amazing stay at Palladio Hotel M gallery for our honeymoon and especially to Matias :) he is an amazing asset to your company!

One of the best Hotel experiences I've had in a very long time. The hotel itself is gorgeous and located in a very central part of town. Walking distance to virtually anywhere you want to visit while in BA. Our room was beautifully decorated, super comfortable with well appointed, thoughtful design touches throughout. The balcony overlooking the park was surprisingly spacious and very relaxing to witness the bustling city from above. The restaurant for room service and the breakfast buffet surprised us with their delicious offerings. The Spa was wonderful as well. I had one of the best massages Ive ever had and enjoyed their excellent sauna. The hotel's highly attentive crew, from the door men to the front desk, Concierge and restaurant hostesses and waiters - all were truly outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

This hotel is superb in every way. The rooms are spacious and attractive. The buffet breakfast is plentiful and delicious. With a wide assortment and made to order items. The staff is extremely helpful, especially Blanca at the front desk. The location of the hotel is excellent too

I loved the location, but more than anything I loved the customer service. We had an initial problem with our room, that was rectified immediately. I loved that any thing we needed was attended to as soon as possible. Wasn’t a perfect stay but I would say that the customer service was exceptional. Thank you all.
