Super excellent decor - old money interiors and housekeeping has maintained the rooms spick and span. Absolutely delightful reception from Bianca and Alienadro at the front desk. Excellent location nearby to Recoleta and Palermo, nearby from the AEP domestic airport. Couldn’t have booked a better hotel!

Our beautiful spacious room has a balcony with a view of the park. The room is very comfortable with a large bathroom with shower and tub. Quiet. Plenty of room for storage. Convenient location.

Ideal location to walk everywhere from. The Subte (subway/metro) is also only a block away and is easy to figure out. Wonderful staff and decent service. The room with balcony was perfect and smartly appointed. I would stay here again.

We previously stayed at this hotel and found everything to be perfect. Not so this visit. No All Accor recognition at check in. Later discovered we were in their system at a lower level so no welcome drink, no welcome amenity, etc. Had to make multiple requests for down pillows (which they offer), repeatedly had to request extra bath towels (every time we used them they were removed and not replaced). Breakfast good quality was good but service lacking (only on day 6 were we offered coffee, never offered tea). Shower temperature was extremely variable during a shower and toilet had issues flushing. It is a shame that the level of service has dropped from what it was just 3 years ago.
