Upon walking into the Palladio Hotel, you feel at ease. The staff is gracious and very attentive to the needs of the guests, from the doorman to the housekeepers to the receptionists. The staff is bilingual and very adept at addressing any concerns regarding the room or billing. We had some difficulties with our flight being delayed over 24 hours and, although they were quite booked, the front desk staff worked to keep us in our same room for another night. I especially want to say thank you to Matias at the front desk who was always so engaging and helpful. The rooms at Palladio were spacious, beds comfortable, and great water pressure in the bathroom. Housekeeping would come by twice a day and kept the room quite tidy. We had a balcony which looked out on a street and adjacent park. This resulted in some street noise but only low volume. Value was excellent - we stayed at another hotel in Buenos Aires two weeks prior which has overall similar accommodations in a slightly better location but more than double the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any travels in Buenos Aires.

We had a wonderful stay Palladio Hotel Buenas Aires.The location was great, the restaurant was fantastic, and all of the staff were very helpful. The fitness center was one the best I’ve ever used at a hotel. The rooms were clean and the prices were very reasonable. We highly recommend it!

Best cocktails and best staff

The staff here is amazing, the bartenders (Ignacio, Leandro, Liliana, and Jared) make the best cocktails in the city. We like the trenador best but everything is great. The breakfast is the best, it totally changes your thoughts about hotel breakfast, incredibly fresh food & something for everybody. The check in with Felipe was incredibly easy. Will definitely stay here again.
