Didn’t had energy for a while. Didn’t have the shower for number 2. Bed broken.

Dear Peter, Thanks for sharing your experience. I am sorry that your stay was not satisfactory. There was a general power outage in much of the city. The hotel has a generator that didn't turn on automatically, but fortunately we were able to get it running in a short time. I had a very pleasant stay overall. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a smooth and hassle-free experience. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Communication was clear and efficient, and check-in/check-out went smoothly.
