Great place to stay! Since we arrived with my two girls, the hotel team has helped me with every single request. They were especially kind and accommodating when it comes to traveling with young children. Choosing the breakfast option was definitely the best decision I made. We really enjoyed the medialunas, the mate (with a full kit), and the great variety of food—both hot and cold—as well as yogurt and much more. In the evenings, the buffet is open, which made it very easy to have dinner at the hotel. I was really happy with the quality and the reasonable prices. I also loved that Sunday breakfast is extended until 12 pm, so we could enjoy a slower morning and stay in bed a little longer. A massive thank you to Coulia, Daniela, Jessica, Elena, and Ramiro. I stayed at the beginning of our trip and returned for our last day in Buenos Aires because of the excellent service you provided.

Amazing right through. Maria was an angel ti us. Extremely helpful with translating and making sure everything was done in a loving manner. She should teach future employees. Her assistant was just as super nice. All the staff behave as family which is an attraction to all tourists♥️

Pluses: Staff are super friendly, especially at the included breakfast. Breakfast had large selection of breads, cereal/granola, and hard scrambled eggs. It is a good location - safe and convenient. Negatives: I could not get the WiFi to work in my room (a guy did come up promptly and got me on their admin link). Also, I had a cold shower the first night. This didn’t sit well as I was at the hotel for three nights while the plumbing in my rented apartment got fixed. I was really looking forward to a nice hot shower. After speaking with the front desk the next day someone came up and showed me that I had to run it for five or 10 minutes and it got nice and hot. I’m not used to wasting water so had not tried this. Note, it’s quite inconvenient to turn the shower on as it’s behind the hinge of the door. No way to avoid getting wet. The room was tiny, bed was hard, only two pillows (and these were very flat). I did not sleep well as it was either too hot or two cold. Would not recommend nor would I stay again.

Didn’t had energy for a while. Didn’t have the shower for number 2. Bed broken.

The hotel has a generator that didn't turn on automatically, but fortunately we were able to get it running in a short time. I nearly always book to stay in one of the Accor brand hotels when I travel abroad as you know what standard to expect. This hotel was no exception, although I would say the rooms could do with some updating. That said, I believe that work has started which is good to know. Very central location, can be a little noisy at night but you would expect that in a major city like Buenos Aires.
