I nearly always book to stay in one of the Accor brand hotels when I travel abroad as you know what standard to expect. This hotel was no exception, although I would say the rooms could do with some updating. That said, I believe that work has started which is good to know. Very central location, can be a little noisy at night but you would expect that in a major city like Buenos Aires.

The property feels quite outdated. The elevators are very slow, the beds aren’t comfortable, and the restrooms have a persistent odor. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Additionally, the staff doesn’t seem willing to go the extra mile and could really benefit from better training.

The hotel was really friendly, and very comforable. A couple of minor nits I should mention are the failures with the room key, and that I found the breakfast to be a bit not so pleasant, but that aside, I loved the experience.

Unfortunately, many problems such as elevators not working (needed to use the kitchen's elevator several times), water leaking onto my bed, safe running out of battery, no phone device in the room. All these points have been corrected during my stay, however caused a lot of trouble and delays to me. The location near the Congreso perhaps not the best one due to the protests, Ubers/taxis cannot reach the hotel sometimes...
