I got a good stay but, lil problems abt my reservations which I used the Accenture's voucher that gives me room and breakfast included and the staffs said that I haven't, had to ask my managers to help me. Very frustrated and an embarrassed moment. So I had to pay for something that it was included.

The service from the staff was impeccable. However, the condition of the furniture in the room in which I stayed is very worrying. The table was in a very poor condition.

1.- Wonderful service: kind, punctual, welcoming, supportive, friendly 2.- Location: strategically located right by several subway, bus, and taxi options in a nice location by the Congress and walking distance to main attractions (well-lit, stores within the block, safe, a park across the street) 3.- Restaurant early and late hours & cafeteria service 24/7 4.- Safety - Main entrance: Concierge hostess during the day and Guard at night

The room lacks: minibar, coffee machine and better refrigeration system. The older people (staff) are nice, polite and attentive, but the younger ones are not. Finally, they should have a dressing cold. T-shirt for counter attendant and waiters are not a good attire.
