The location is excellent, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the room are very poor; the plumbing had a terrible odor, and the blanket on the bed was dirty—and it was never changed. I requested a room change but never received a response.

Well‑located hotel right by the Obelisco, in a busy and lively area with plenty of amenities nearby. It’s easy to get around and access major sights. The area can be quite noisy until late at night, which may not suit early sleepers, but it wasn’t an issue for me. Overall, a convenient and practical stay in the heart of Buenos Aires.

The hotel itself is very good. Unfortunately, contrary to the hotel description, the bar was always closed, so we couldn't buy anything to drink for our room. The lady who worked at reception in the evenings didn't explain anything upon arrival and wasn't helpful in the following days either.

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, and the toilet tank was not functioning properly. However, we called maintenance and the issue was resolved. The water pressure and temperature were excellent. The only thing missing was a hand towel.
