Room was clean and all aplliances worked well. bed was comfortable. I only regret that several neighbours started a loud and long chat at 3:30 am.

Overall a very enjoyable stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the lobby is genuinely beautiful and makes a great first impression. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The gym is quite small and limited, which was a bit disappointing, and the pool is also on the smaller side. Some parts of the hotel and the rooms feel slightly dated and could benefit from a refresh. Despite that, the service and overall comfort make this a solid option and I would still rate it as a strong 4 star stay.
