we changed hotels because we were so dissatisfied with our room and we didn’t receive a refund at all.

In relation to your feedback on the rooms, all our categories are published on our website. You can find the information, description and details of each category before booking. On the other hand, Cleaning standards state that we should spray with verbena. Please, In case you do not want to have the room scented, we suggest that you always inform us in advanced to take care your requirements. At last but not least, plese kindly note that we do not performe self-check-in process. Everything was in place. Staff was very nice except for one of the front desk that answered the phone once and gave me anticipated, cutting answers before understanding my request. The bathtub drain overflow and therefore the bathroom had some water on the floor, nothing big. Did not receive information about the offered services during check in.
