Overall service is bad... Bellboys talk between them and never open door/ address needs... Most are somewhat 'disrespectful' ... like they are doing a favor.... No Service Culture at all... They have NO electric adaptors/ NO flexibility to accommodate needs/ NO change in dollars nor pesos/ NO exchange/ ... Just weak service overall....

Acceptable but far from Sofitel brand standard. F&B was dismal. Breakfast was passable but far from the extraordinary I have become accustomed to in Sofitels. Room Service was disappointingly limited and not 24 hours. Room was clean and nicely appointed. But bathroom was too tired - shower door didn’t close and leaked all over the bathroom, shower head sprayed water in every direction except for down. Towels seemed 20 years old, the kind that at home I might cut into pieces for cleaning. On the positive side, every single personal interaction with the staff was exceptional, just as one would hope at a Sofitel. Personable, friendly, professional but not stuffy. Amazing FOH staff. And the bed was perfect!!

Sofitel at Recoleta made my three-week stay in Buenos Aires as comfortable as it could be. I was in the city for work, and it was my first time being so far abroad. The amazing friendly staff made everything easier, especially for a traveler whos first language is not Spanish. The accommodations were very comfortable and made my long stay in the city enjoyable. I came to attend a wedding. The staff was very attentive. They answered my Questions and organized several tours for me. The food was great. However I was very disappointed that jewelry was taken from my room before I had time to put it in the room safe. I ended up losing about $500 of jewelry.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta hotel. Front desk staff were really nice, the room was spacious and clean. The only true area of improvement is the breakfast, were there is lack of food variety and often the buffet was not filled up (i.e empty bread baskets, food bowls etc.).

No insulation between the rooms. We had constant noise and the management tried to avoid sorting out the issue until it was obvious as other rooms started to complain. Horrible experience, this is not the level of 5 star hotel but a hostel.

THe Hotel was great. The staff were uniformly kind and helpful from the Bell Desk to Reception to housekeeping. We found the restaurant and its food to be wonderful as well! i could also try to work off some of those extras Christmas calories at the well appointed Gymnasium on the 1st floor, too. In addition, we loved the location of the Hotel in the heart of la Recoleta.

Second pleasant stay at The Brick after last year’s great experience. Hotel to be recommended for this great location in a upscale residential area close from the center and his friendly helpful staff. The rooms are well appointed. Though renovated bathroom had some flows with a faulty flashing system. Overall very pleasant stay looking forward to be back
