Everyone and I mean everyone at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, pleasant, and professional. The staff even made it a point to learn my name and by the last day, it was like they knew me for years. The concierge, Martin went above and beyond to assist me with my requests and accommodate me accordingly. The massage that I received in the spa (I think her name was Virginia, but I could be wrong) was one of the best massages that I have ever received - I did not want it to end after 90 minutes and will be sure to have her the next time that I am in Argentina. Sofitel has now become my preferred hotel when coming to Buenos Aires!

Hotel is well located, staff is very friendly, cooperative and very professional with apparently very good facilities. However, on the most important day of my stay when I had to get up very early to attend my meeting (4th of September), only ice cold water came out of the shower. This type of inconvenience is difficult to accept in this type of hotel.
