The hotel really needs to work on the facilities and support for the visitors and residents. There has been negligible support available apart from basis standard things. And due to the language issue the issue has been doubled and staff has been really hard to communicate for anything. Food options is a major major issue.

Overall service is good and comfortable but some days it has not changed the towels.

Your ALA carte restaurant food took extremely a long time to serve even though there's not many guests having their food there,waiter/waitress are doing great job/services

Please keep up the great work that you guys do. Very fast check-in and check out. Always smiling i.e. front office, restaurant and housekeeping. Always provided me with my request i.e. top floor and near elevator. I feel almost like at home here. Recently, I was in transit from Japan and I was not feeling well, and I recuperate by resting at the hotel because it is so cozy (sleep, eat, rest and watch movies…..btw, your movies selection is incredible and I don’t even mind the old TV). I noticed the price has increased recently, which I understand, but please mind your competitive pricing to places like Fairfield and AC Hotels (I am also a Marriott Bonvoy member). Thank you for switching the shower gel to more organic smelling. It is better now.
