The rooms are starting to feel a little grubby. Carpets in rooms and corridors need cleaning, and showers are weak for example. The bar area is comfortable and the food is nice.

The Cambridge Ibis is conveniently located right next the railway station. The hotel staff are always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very well cared for by the housekeeping team and the place has a very pleasant feel.

Staff were very welcoming and really helped during my stay. Room was cold so they brought up a heater instantly and also took great care on ground floor with my dietary preferences

Very clean and comfortable room. Excellent TV and wifi. Friendly helpful staff. Based outside a railway station I couldn't believe how quiet my room was.
