As I had registered with Accor, we valued being able to get into our room at 1230, with time to have lunch and a siesta after travelling from Brussels. There was no 'do not disturb' sign and our room was cleaned despite our telling reception that we didn't want that. The hotel seemed new and well appointed with a good breakfast and nearby shops and cafés.

The rooms at the Ibis in Cambridge are very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is of an excellent standard. The staff with whom I dealt were friendly, professional and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

In a great place, near station. Bit of a walk to town but easy to get to. Mostly lovely staff who were helpful and courteous. Check in was a bit chaotic though and some staff were very stressed. Nice rooms.

I requested an early check multiple times from the point of booking. I arrived midday. At this point there was no record of my request. I was then charged £20 for the early checkup despite the two people directly before me (in the long queue) simply being given their room early for free. Toilet cistern leaked noisily all night so I could sleep at all. Room 430
