Perfect location for exploring the city. Very short walk from the Royal Mile, and there are tons of great pubs and restaurants right on your doorstep. The room was really clean and the bed was super comfy. The staff were lovely too. Perfect base for a weekend trip

Friendly welcome at reception. Good sized room but unfortunately we were above a night club, so didn't get to sleep until after 3am, on the first night. Bathroom is in a pod, with a step. A little quirky but fine. Breakfast is standard quality with reasonable choice. They did provide gluten free toast on request. Good location off the royal mile. Expensive for what it is, but I guess you're paying for location.
