This is the second time I have stayed in the hotel, both times for 2 nights in a triple room. This time the price was significantly more which was off-putting

Super easy to access via tram from the airport. Close to everything, including bus station for day tours. Restaurant options and pubs close by, pizza available on-site. Great breakfast with lots of options. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Very modern and a bit funky. Great value stay!

Small room, basic breakfast, staff were a little bit dismissive. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with a nice vibe and an excellent location. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t a bad experience, just some minor irritations rather than a poor hotel. I would come back but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Fantastic room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Super convenient location. Good quality breakfast. We had a balcony room on the top floor and the views of some key Edinburgh landmarks blew us away. Excellent service from all staff we encountered. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
