Really comfortable bed. Room well appointed and despite the fact it was close to a lift - no noise. Breakfast excellent - much more available then I was expecting.

Excellent location, stylish decor and friendly staff. We stayed in a Queen room for 3 nights and while it was nicely decorated we found the lack of space and storage a big issue. Not enough room to pass each other around the bed. The only drawers were small open shelves in the wardrobe. Only 4 hangers provided, nowhere to store suitcase, nowhere to hang towels. No bedside storage. The Breakfast was excellent but our evening meal was disappointing with a small piece of frozen fish and frozen chips. Would look elsewhere for our next trip

Centrally located hotel close to both bus & train stations. Short walk to Princes Street & the St James Quarter. Bedroom was tastefully decorated & had everything you needed. Even coat hooks on the wall which you don’t often find in a hotel bedroom but are a welcome addition when you have a rain soaked jacket. ☔️ Bar & reception area was attractive & welcoming. Good variety of different seating options. Breakfast was very good & was set up in the bar area. Great variety of options including breads & muffins, fresh fruit, cereals, cheese & deli meats, fruit juices, hot drinks, haggis, eggs. Very impressed with selection. Staff were all friendly & welcoming. Would definitely recommend & would certainly re-visit.
