The location is stunning, close to public transport and many restaurants. We were having difficulty making restaurant reservations, but Jonathan helped us out, which was kind of him. Zsanett and Illaria were also very helpful during our stay. Overall cleanliness was outstanding great.

I'm a repeat visitor to this hotel but on this occasion I left feeling disappointed. When checking in at reception, the lady said that I had not booked for a child to stay with me. She said (as though she was doing me a favour) that she would not charge me extra for my daughter, but that I should be more careful with my reservations in future. This was nonsense, my reservation was clearly for myself and my 11yo, but when you're standing at a reception desk exhausted with a child and luggage you tend to just agree and apologise
