Great location for Fringe and Tattoo. Staff very friendly. Room and bathroom clean and comfortable. However, very expensive indeed for facilities and space in room and hotel. There are hotels in central London wth spa for less in August. Appreciate Fringe is peak time time in Edinburgh and loads of international tourists and this is in a city centre location - but even so. I should have searched harder and/or walked further!
