Excellent service by the check in staff on duty when we arrived who explained that our room was not ready despite it being our agreed arrival time of between 3 and 4pm. They offered to store our overnight luggage for us. Lovely surprise when we returned, we had been upgraded to a balcony room which made our night away even better. We've stayed at the hotel before and would definitely stay again

a wonderfully clean hotel. The staff were so friendly, helpful and approachable. the hotel is in a superb location close to Christmas markets, shops and New Town with the hop on/off bus stop just metres away! Fantastic!

I stayed here for a Christmas event for my travel business. The view from my room wasn’t great as I was in the basement. Everything else was good, the staff were friendly and helpful the hotel was clean and my room was a good size.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during the Christmas season. The festive Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful and created such a magical, cozy atmosphere throughout the property. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making us feel very welcome. A special thank you to Karina and Jonathan for the lovely gift, it was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area, and the Christmas market nearby was magnificent and added so much charm to our visit. Overall, a fantastic experience and a perfect place to stay during the holidays. Highly recommended! 🎄✨

We stayed for my wife’s birthday and the Edinburgh Christmas markets Hotel is very close to all central activities including markets, restaurants, old town and theatre visit we had booked Staff were great throughout from first welcome to check out - and they acknowledged her birthday right away Breakfast was better than expected each day Room was comfortable and well equipped
