Reception very slow, hotel rate is too expensive, small room, good location next to mall and many restaurant. Breakfast buffet is limited. No AC in the lift for 24 hours so it is very bad during the dry season. Breakfast buffet service can not take a Way policy eventhough my partner do not have the breakfast at the restaurant and I pay for 2 person breakfast. Reception was very slow and complicated With form and document eventhough I had the Web check in the Day before.

The hotel's location is excellent—right next to Living World Alam Sutera mall, which is very convenient. The room was spacious, especially since I was upgraded. As an Accor member, I appreciated that both the front desk and room staff greeted me. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Two things worth noting. First, breakfast was decent but had limited variety—what was available tasted good, but the choices were somewhat restricted. Second, the "make up room" light indicator was broken. I turned it on during day two, but the room wasn't cleaned. Housekeeping did slip a card under the door, concerned that I might have activated it by mistake, and noted they could still clean until 11 pm. Unfortunately, I didn't return that day until 11:30 pm. On day three, I videoed myself turning on the "make up room" light—the light outside showed green—and then left. When I returned at 6 pm that day, the light had turned red and the room hadn't been made up again. I reported this to the front desk, and they promptly had it cleaned for me. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I will stay here again every time I visit Alam Sutera.

We had an amazing staycation with the family! The new room with the Lenggang Lengkok theme was super spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staffs were extremely friendly and welcoming. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the kid-friendly pool, playground, and the fun Candyland activity. The location is unbeatable, right next to Living World Mall. Food at Mint & Pepper Restaurant was also delicious with great variety. Highly recommended for family staycations!

In this stay i bring my mother to celebrate her birthday, Iwas not receiving any upgrade room because the room is very limited. Before my stay i was contacted by miss angel who try to confirming what i need during stay, i am pleased because she delivered it well, the restaurant and the receptionist is also very kind.
