The hotel is located 500 meters from Les Agnettes metro station, in a green and friendly neighborhood. About 30 minutes ride to downtown to Champs Elysees Clemenceau station. Rooms are recently renovated, smelling as "newly painted". Breakfast is delicious, with a good selection of tasty French choices, plenty of good coffee/tea. Reception's staff is supportive a friendly, a real pleasure to deal with. I know where to stay during my next Paris visit. Thank you!

Well Located but Uncomfortable

We booked this hotel for its proximity to La Defense. The hotel had no AC which we could control from the room so it was continously stifling and we couldn't slep properly due to the heat. We couldn't open a window due to the traffic noise and the only way to cover ourselves at night was thick duvet which made us hotter. Upon arriving at the hotel we asked for extra towels (2 were provided in the room and we needed 4) and these were always taken away by the maid staff, usually if there are 4 towels in the room, they replace 4. the desk had no mirror with it so we couldn't do our make up properly as we needed to sit. Location of the soap dispenser is very high even for a regular person but we had a person with a disability who couldn't reach the soap. Thankfully the maid was able to provide us with a loose bottle. There's no large bin in the room so we constantly had to dump our trash in bags which we had gotten from outside (take aways, shopping etc) so the already stuffy room ended up smelling at times during our short stay both through the uncovered trash and through the heat making the smell worse. We had an issue with our door and it wouldn't always close properly when we would leave the room (Room 212) Breakfast was very limited and I found myself barely eating. Food was not always replaced when it was finished.

Very soon you will be able to enjoy our hotel with completely renovated rooms and efficient air conditioning. I also take into consideration your comments regarding the number of towels. Please note that we are now taking the necessary measures to ensure that this problem does not recur. Have been going to this hotel for 16 years I love it unfortunately there was work being done on my floor which meant a lot of noise
