I stayed at Ibis Paris Gennervilliers on 28/5/22. I paid £155.31 at check in. They also took two holds of £230.28 and £170.12 on my card and still haven't released the funds from my account as of 6/6/22. I did not agree to pay in excess of £550 for this room! I have contacted customer services via email and Twitter but have had no response. You have scammed me and I want my money back!

It was good. I like to stay with ibis. The room was good. I would stay there again. However the breakfast wasn't as good as in other ibis hotels I stayed in the past. The location was not so good for visiting Paris, but it was our mistake when booking.

Fine for a short stay, I thought the carpet looked dirty but might have just been the pattern. Everywhere was clean. No English TV channels.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, near metro station and buss stop. Only negative thinks was that blanket and bed was too hot even ac was on cold.
