I didn’t really expect a big breakfast buffet but the way you presented the buffet wasn’t really appetising and enticing. A low allocated budget doesn’t mean you can’t present the food nicely and appetising. Your noodle soup station could have had some more decoration and also a bit more condiments. That doesn’t really cost you more and would have a bigger impact. Go to chatuchack and buy some Thai inspired decorations. Be proud to serve a Thai hood soup. Your tea selection could be more/better as well. Only breakfast tea was available. How about some green tea or peppermint tea. Doesn’t cost you more to have a larger selection. Overall, quality of food was ok but atmosphere/decor was very cold. Your Denali room attendant was very nice and super friendly

Good hôtel, comfortable, I just would like to complain about the room service. The last evening we ordered diners at about 20.45, we received the meals at 23.00 On first contact the explanation was that there were a party and They don’t listen the call concerning the food order. On the second enquiry someone explains that some equipment from Galley was out of order. but we never received a proper call with proper explanations…..Disappointed
