The hotel is is real need of a makeover, the bed linen was clean but the room was tired as was the bathroom. The windows barely opened and there is no air-conditioning. The door tot he room let lightin under it and there was no sound proofing. you can hear everything anyone in adjacent rooms were saying. there is cheap and good and cheap and nasty - this was nasty!

Staff very friendly and food very standard Travel Lodge style fare, but the room was very grotty and showing its age. Flaking paint, very few power points, tiny bath. Not what you'd expect from something described as an executive room!

Well located next to Leeds Castle, easy to find and park, nice grounds, welcoming and efficient staff. The hotel a little dated, the swimming pool and spa are a really nice addition though they also feel a little dated. Good generous breakfast and attentive staff.

Just loved the yard to stroll around with my husband and family. Sauna great, and for the swimming pool absolutely great the water was warm thank for that. Last but lease breakfast wonderful..
