Brilliant service at reception. Bathroom very tired, missing plug in the sink and tile grout not looking great. No heating in the room and had to rely on convection heaters. Service at the bar was poor with staff just strolling past and not showing any interest. Breakfast was excellent.

Fantastic stay from arrival to departure, all staff are welcoming and nothing is to much for them. The Food is lovely. I would happily stay here again

Severe lack of facilities in the hotel. Why list the hotel with a pool if its never in use

Would not use again, staff were tempered as soon as I asked about facilities and got defensive straight away instead of calmly telling me the pool was closed

Breakfast was 8/10, superb choice and good quality. Meeting room was good. My room was freezing cold and poorly looked after, it looked tired and run down like most of the hotel, parts of the hotel felt like an old people’s home, it was grim to stay and smelt of mould and cannibis in places. Lunch was appalling, bread was stale and the prawns looked like tiny brown shrimps and overall had a nasty taste, chips tasted a day old. The worst experience was the bar in the evening, the service was dreadful, barman was eating out in his little office it looked like we had disturbed him by asking for a drink, we ordered a round of 9 drinks, each one was slammed on the counter. The Singa beer tasted flat and I politely fed that back, the barman argued with me saying it was because he tilted the glass, didn’t make sense. I then tried the Corona which also tasted flat before I tried it the barman muttered ‘I suppose that’s flat too’. We thankfully went somewhere else for a meal and decided to have a drink back at the hotel, my colleague ordered the drinks where the barman again made reference to me and the beer, whilst gesturing and rolling his eyes at me to my co-worker. I’ve never experienced such awful service in my life, the hotel is a long way short of delivering basic needs for a guest.
