The front desk receptionist, Steve, was really friendly and helpful. The room was neat and tidy. However, it was really warm with the fan didn’t work well. I can’t imagine how warm will it be during summer time. For the stay with just one night, I am satisfied overall, but I may not choose your hotel for a longer stay or during hot weather unless the room ventilation gets much improved.

Double room had some many stains on the walls, the mattress was so bouncy , I could feel the movement of my husband feet vibrating in the mattress. The bathroom was terrible, mouldy no Bath panels and so small. Would not come back and recommend

The room was okay overall. Since it was a heat wave, fans were provided, but unfortunately none of them worked. There was also a strange odor in the room, which made the stay less comfortable.

Stayed one night for a wedding the following day. Not happy being a hotel guest and being charged to park outside though. If we visit this area again, we will be looking elsewhere for a hotel with a free-for-guests car park.

Catering was the weak point. Dinner service was slow and I don't know why. Staff were friendly but not on the ball. Breakfast drinks were poor, the Cafe latte was sweetened and the juice was synthetic. Probably a bad day.

Check-in was a disaster, i was given 3 rooms when i only booked 2. The receptionist did not have a clue. Once we arrived at the room, the temperature was so hot inside we have to leave our door open for it to cool down. When it didn't i asked for a fan and was told too late we don't have any more, and was told to buy one from Tesco??

Beds are comfortable. On a hot day there is no air conditioning.. A fan was provided in room which really didn't do much at all. Staff were friendly.
