Paying for parking. never before have i ever paid for onsite hotel parking. every part of the hotel was extremely dated. Decor, bathroom. beds. Mattress was old and sprung. very used to memory foam, as a result the bed was soft and uncomfortable. Bathroom Extractor fan did not work so the shower curtail just stuck to me like glue. Outside shrub was nearly covering half of my window. Overall a disappointing stay.

there was an extremely helpful British man who was gave us excellent assistance with great enthusiasm. The signage to get to our room on second floor was not clear or noticeable.
