We had a Virgin Experience voucher. From the call to book our room to the moment we checked out, we couldn't fault anything! All staff were courteous and helpful. Especially Carter, in the restaurant for our evening meal. John at breakfast. Jo, Cassie, Ernest too. Brook on reception and Steve the manager. Great team. Will return again
