A life celebration was held for my late husband, everything was catered for, the event room was perfect, Tim checked every now and again that I was ok and with the event setup, even after the event Tim asked if I was ok from a long day and offered a cup of Tea, and Jade took care of everything from the first booking, she made sure it went smoothly for me and sorted out extra numbers for the catering and the room. The overnight stay was just as nice, the room was warm, clean, quiet and comfy, easy check-in and easy check out, I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I cannot express how kind and caring the staff are, they go beyond their call of duty and it’s so appreciated when things are tough to get through.

I needed a quiet & secure place to overnight not far from home. The online booking process couldn't have been easier. I was made to feel very welcome at check-in, & indeed throughout my stay.
