We were here as we had been gifted a Virgin Experience. The reception were rather vague regarding what we could and couldn't do. A long discussion at registration regarding payment for car parking and breakfast only to be told at checkout that both were included in the gift package. There didn't seem to be a main light in the main room , just 2 bedside lamps. Not a problem in sunny July , but in winter?
