Poor service in the restaurant in the evening, food not available, our drinks took 40 minutes to arrive, it took 1 hour and 7 minutes to get our main course( no starter) and then 30 minutes to get a sweet, far to long, our room had problems as well, The kettle did not switch off, one of the sockets did not work, no BBC 1 or 2 on the TV, at 3am in the morning the toilet was running so I had to get up and flush to make it stop, also when I arrived I had to pay £10 to park at thr hotel, I was not made aware of this charge when I book the hotel and it was not on the paperwork confirmation, why not?

We stayed here for our wedding nearby with a large group of friends and family. The staff couldn’t do enough, super friendly and helpful. Also kindly decorated our room! Would recommend this hotel.

All the staff lovely and very helpful. The restaurant serves decent food at a reasonable price. My biggest problem with the hotel is the cost of parking £8 for Accorr members and £10 for non members. Personally I find this ridiculous and capitalising on being one of a few hotels in the area. Paying for a car park that offers very little in the way of security can make a week long business trip a bit pricey.

It ws a okay . No lifts available to top room we had to drag our stuff. No halal options for food available. And room wasn’t cleaned the second day of our stay we had to call reception to take the garbage as it was getting smelly and dustbin was too small. Also the first day sheets weren’t neat . It s an okayish hotel and not 4 starred definitely not worth the money.
