Friendly staff, very tired decor and lots of things that didn’t work properly. The bathroom was the worst part, it being freezing cold for the most part, but when you used the shower it was giving out very hot water. Broken hairdryer, broken towel rail and rickety wardrobe. Food however was very good.

I stayed during lockdown for a funeral. Everything was well presented and the staff could not have been more helpful. A peaceful location with large car parks and excellent access to major routes.

Disruptive , Squeaky floor board outside room when other guests walked passed , loss of internet and power cuts, draws on side table and chest of draws just slide open randomly, clicking from wall heater , hard pillows

Questionable room especially for the price!

Disappointed. Cost £70 and had a replacement window handle and bolts left in the room for the broken window, toilet paper under the cistern to catch the leak and the pleasure of hearing the floor above use the bathroom. You can also hear every step on the creaky floorboards.

Whilst I appreciate the challenges of opening during the COVID pandemic the substandard cleaning and provisions of cups, tea and coffee for guest was poor

The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. The room was fine but the radiators in the room and bathroom were not working. A very tired looking bathroom.

Poor nights sleep

Room was above reception. Disturbed by heavy door (possibly staff reception door), slamming shut each time it was used. 21.00 to 23.00 the worst time, but continued through the night. Due to tiredness, and not wanting to 'dirty' another room, I didn't raise it at the time. I did feed back on check out. Had to ring reception in the morning, as they hadn't delivered a prepaid breakfast. Bathroom looking tired.
