I had a very comfortable night and the staff were all attentive and happy to help. The only thing that wasn't perfect was that there was a coach party in at the same time which meant that the restaurant wasn't taking orders between 7-8pm, meaning I had to work my meal around them which wasn't ideal for me.

Our room was over 35 degrees throughout our stay. It never got cleaned on Saturday.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the hotel even though is a 4 star hotel , it has no AC and is outdated . They provided a fan but it was 28C one of the days so pretty hot inside as well. I was surprised to see all the toiletries they provided, very handy to have. The bathtub is a bit small and has a shower curtain which tries to hug you through the whole shower, very annoying. The food was good at least what I tried. Parking was not free but they gave as free parking as we were a big group really nice of them. The bed and pillows were comfortable. They have a great swimming pool but is not in use as it is too expensive to fix, it would have been a fantastic addition to our stay and great end of day for the kids.
