Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mercure Maidstone Great Danes Hotel. I was very concerned to read your comments and particularly disappointing that we were not able to offer you any alternative accommodation on this occasion. There are a limited number of rooms available above one event room and these are usually allocated to guests attending events. Please accept my sincere apologies for this unfortunate matter. I have spoken with the reception manager and direct action has been taken We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Please let me know if you ever look to stay in the area in the next 6 months and I will be pleased to offer an upgraded room and a 50% discount on the 'rate of the day' Once again Martin, I am sorry your weekend was disrupted in this way.
