All went well except the heating was below par. The loan of a stand alone radiator helped once we realised the problem of an inefficient radiator (needed bleeding). Upgrading to a Privelege room was a definite advantafge. Worth the wxtra cost.

Lovely stay, staff were polite, friendly and very informative. Room was spotless and well set out. My only issue was the heating in the room, we had no control of it so it did get very chilly.

On the whole not a bad experience but thought there were a few issues that needed addressing.We came to the hotel for a special event,(lunch)ordered a bottle of wine which came to the table but no wine glasses which we had to get our own.We went to the bar in the evening where one table was full of beer glasses which needed clearing and stayed there for a long time before they were cleared.My husband ordered a burger and fries which he said was very nice.we had a few drinks and his plate was still on the table when we left.I know this is a budget hotel but feel staff need a bit more training and need to smile a bit more.On the plus side the room was fine nice and clean with a comfortable bed.

Nice stay, breakfast was very good with very helpful staff despite a busy sitting, the hotel itself needs some tlc broken tiles, tired furnishings, no towels at the pool etc,
