The room was amazing clean tidy and the bed was so comfortable i would loke to say a massive thank you to house keeping for making my stay so pleasurable inwould also like a lady called sharron who helped us with directions and where to go she was really helpful and a pleasure to speak to she asked how our stay was going and if we needed anybtong else for the rokm she was truly lovely wr have stayed at other hotels and never have we ever been asked if out stay had been on and if we needed anythng else for the room i would highly reccomend this hotel and if u nedd anybting speak to a lady called sharron

I stay here regularly as a business traveller and it is a great hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful, especially Steve at reception who goes above and beyond. There are great facilities and the pool is a welcome addition. Overall a great stay

Warm and comfortable room. Breakfast included in excellent price. Well cooked and well presented buffet breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Location is good as only short journey to many amenities. Leeds Castle close by. Would definitely stay again when in the Maidstone area.
