I was only there one night with work. Staff are very polite and attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable if a touch dated. The grounds are very nice, with lots of wildlife around at night.

I thought the hotel would be a bit more modern and clean. Not many people wearing masks either so that was a concern. I would definitely not pay £15.95 for the breakfast, it was included with my stay but really need to think about prices on that. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A quick stop off in a well located hotel for travellers heading to and from the continent. Room was well presented though lacking air-conditioning which made it pretty hot. Restaurant and bar were excellent and staff more than willing and polite.

We had to stay here as our booking coincided with the Leeds Castle concert. The delayed event is now on the due date of our baby. The Mercury refused a refund and refused to let us postpone to the next concert in 2022. Food was poor Rooms were extremely hot Pool was good Thank god for great company who also had to travel and stay for an event that didn’t happen.

Happy to be back again. Staff restaurant all amazing!… but this hotel is really due for some modernisation. The pool especially is like some Greek temple and the layout of the gym super odd.

The stay was satisfactory and obviously covid restrictions impacted on some aspects of the service. However we both felt that the quality of the cooked breakfast was not up to standard on two of the four days we spent at the hotel. Several items were burnt and really should not have been served

A last minute decision to see my parents and watch the England vs Ukraine football game in the evening. Did not spend much time at the hotel, but location was ideal. The grounds appeared to be very nice, but did not get to experience it. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. Bread did not look very appetising, and no one knew if the juice was freshly squeezed or not. Conclusion was that it was not. Coffee was from a machine rather than freshly made, which was also disappointing. The room was a little hot, with very little ventilation possible, given the restricted nature of the window setup.

Having to have to rearrange this weekend 3 times for the pandemic, it was a gift from our daughters for our anniversary. Nothing was ever to much trouble for the staff who always found a different weekend for us when restrictions were put in place. We waited over a year and it was well worth the wait, beautiful hotel, comfy rooms, amazing food in the restaurant and very pleasant staff.

Stayed 3 nights for business recently. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are fine and cleanliness is good (rooms are not cleaned during stay, but replacement towels, tea/coffee are provided). Due to Covid couldn't use the gym and ate in my room (no issues).

Very sensible precautions under the pandemic circumstances. Food delivered to the room was very tasty and arrived hot: both the limited evening meal and breakfast. As the journey was 'essential', it was one less thing to worry about.
