We are saddened to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations and that our usual high standards were sub-par for your stay and for which we apologize. We apologize for the poor room and the experience it gave you. Despite this, we do hope though, you'll return in the future, on us, a complimentary stay and at such time, allow us to redeem ourselves and offer you a better experience here. The Mercure Maidstone Hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay with a mix of modern amenities and classic charm. Located in a quiet area just outside Maidstone town center, it provides easy access to major roads, making it ideal for both business and leisure. The hotel’s surroundings are scenic, with a beautiful garden and peaceful atmosphere. We stayed over as we was drinking in the evening at the event that was being hosted . We was greeted by a lovely lady called Nina who was extremely friendly and helpful with our many questions.. lol . On the downside the room was a bit dated but wasn’t really an issue for us as we was only staying for 1 night . We had a great time at the event apart from one other who spoiled the atmosphere by breaking the djs speakers. A special thank you to Ali for sneaking us an extra tart as we wasn’t to fond of the cheesecake and Rocco for bringing me coffee as the girls forgot our table. Jack also for bringing my husband his drinks and giving him directions . The boys was super friendly and seem to make a great asset to the hotel if only the others would take note .

Stayed after attending a party. Check-in was slow--only one receptionist for a number of guests.. Room was rather tired, not well heated, no safe. Bathroom seriously needs refurbishment. Although not directly the fault of the hotel, we had a disturbed night with a lot of noise from other guests, door slamming, shouting, swearing. Breakfast was good.

I booked 6 weeks in advance.. Day before email explaining hotel would be busy. When arrived in evening after 4 hour journey and no where to eat and one bar open with a party going on and took 30 minutes to be served and no food. Room 242 away from lift and then a breakfast with warm buffet breakfast at 9am If hosting Christmas party then other guests should be accommodated for

Our family have been coming here for years. This time was not good. Unable to use the bar on both nights of our 2 night break. First night a group of loud unruly men in there. Second night a Christmas party and extremely loud disco meant we couldn't use it. We should have been made aware of the disco when we booked. Our room was above it! At breakfast people were allowed in in pyjamas and slippers!!! The pool , which is one of the reasons we booked was too cold.
