We got upgraded to a room and suite as there was no extra single bed available. We thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool, very deep, good for lengths and kids play and tranquil environment

A great place to stay. The staff were attentive and very helpful. The evening meal was very good and the English breakfast was very tasty. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable with a very large double bed!

Good: starting with a very friendly welcome by SAFI at the front desk to the Health Club Staff and the lovely dinner crew serving deliciously hearty meal. (Thank you Nick, Andre, Vicky and Steven) Rooms are quite spacious. To be improved: 1. the exterior of the building looks very tired. 2. The Health Club is in need of modernisation. changing and shower areas looks in need of repair. 3. there was no way of booking SPA treatments out of hours. 4. The LEEDS Castle entry voucher was not readily accepted by the Ticketing staff who insisted it was 10% off or £19,90 tickets only , which I refuted for about 10mins before they relented and issued "2x complementary" tickets.

We loved the bedroom although bathroom a little tired. The health club was lovely although the separate men & women’s saunas was a little disappointing. Loved the breakfast in the bistro.

The food in the restaurant was lovely, my husband is very fussy with his food but he could not fault it at all. The bar staff were lovely especially Vicky and Steve, Martin the barman was very polite.
