Not cleaned every day. A 2nd mirror would be better. Lightening not enough.

I’ve stayed at ibis Sutton a few times and it’s been great every time however this time was not so great. The room was not particularly clean dirty sheets and watered down bathroom products which was disappointing but overall yards are great and it’s located right next to the town centre which is great.

I would have given 10, but the heating system went a bit awry on two occasions. It was rather noisy!

I need to visit the Royal Marsden Hospital every couple of weeks and the location of hotel makes it an so easy for access from Kings Cross to Sutton for my appointments. Price is reasonable and staff friendly and helpful.

The air con in the room was really noisy and there seemed no instructions on how to turn it off. The design of the hotel with ceiling to floor windows meant you cant open a window to get some actual real air so my sleep was interrupted by the noise. The bed was comfy though and the room was scrupulously clean. The food quality at breakfast was also good.
