Clean standard is not high. Especially second day after cleaning, you will find floor is full of hair and bathroom too from your morning hair blow. Would expect to vacuum the floor and clean bathroom rather than just folding the beddings. Cutlery in breakfast is not clean. Dishes even have food attached… hard to look away… have to accept because the fare it’s not expensive

To have hair on the floor, an uncleaned bathroom, and dirty cutlery with food residue at breakfast falls far below what we aim to provide. Visited Sutton for a visit to the Royal Marsden Hospital. Hotel is ideally located just behind Sutton railway station and a short walk in to the town for food.Staff were very helpful and friendly at checkin-in and check- out. On this occasion we didn't get a chance to visit the bar/food options. Will certainly visit again as I have more hospital appointments coming up.

The room is most bigger than average Ibis, very comfy bed. Location is great with connections to central London every few minutes taking around half an hour. The downsides I found are that you can set the room temperature only up to 24 degrees under corporate sustainability pretext and that the smoke detectors are really sensitive taking into account the building is shared with Accor another brand Adagio which offers apartments. Guests cook there and trigger fire alarms . 2 of 4 nights I was waken up by false fire alarm caused by someone cooking in Adagio apartment. On the other hand, there were two receptions which I would like to praise a lot - they both work 18/02/2026 afternoon and they were very helpful in resolving my cold situation because of the heating limitation. In general for the money I paid I can´t complain a lot - new clean and spacious room, friendly staff, temperature issue fixed on 2nd day, free late check-out at 1PM, only a fire alarms is not the best way how to be waken up. Will be coming back in October.

Being woken twice in four nights is unacceptable, and we completely understand your frustration. While we operate alongside Adagio apartments where cooking takes place, we are actively working with our neighbouring property to review protocols and minimise such occurrences. Please be assured this is being taken very seriously. Regarding the heating limitation, we appreciate your understanding and are glad our team was able to assist. I stayed for one night before an appointment and it was perfect for what I needed. Just a few minutes walk from Sutton station, my room was spacious, quiet and had a really comfortable mattress. The bathroom was very clean. Check-in was easy. I booked in advance and it was good value. Would stay again
