1 towel per person is not enough. Left a coffee in cup A. was left in room for 4 days Cleaning not done Night table not cleaned. Dangerous floor in bath

Dear Martine, Thank you for staying at Ibis London Sutton Point A. for providing us with your feedback. Please accept my sincere apologies for the multiple shortcomings you experienced during your stay. The level of housekeeping service you described is completely unacceptable A. does not reflect our standards. Regarding the towels, we do provide one set per person as standard, with additional towels available free of charge upon request at reception. I apologise that this was not clearly communicated to you. More importantly, I am very concerned to learn that basic cleaning was neglected, a used cup was not removed, A. that you found the bathroom floor to be dangerous. This has been escalated immediately to our Head of Housekeeping A. Maintenance Manager for urgent correction A. re-training. Your feedback is critical for us to improve. The room was quiet, but cold.

The disabled room was very basic and not what we are used to staying at ibis. The shower got water all over the place. My card was charged for a no show for a booking I had cancelled within the free cancellation time period. Although this was rectified it caused me a little distress.
