Probably one of the best Ibis/Accor hotels I have ever stayed at, and there have been many. Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff throughout the hotel, not just the reception staff. Rooms are what you would expect from an Ibis, but better than most and above average. Breakfast was good and always kept topped up. The only downside, the toaster is awful, please can you replace it. This was my first visit to the Sutton Ibis and I already had some other dates booked in and now looking forward to going back.
