Since arriving home we have received a £100 parking fine for pulling into the car park to collect our luggage. Apparently the car park privately owned & ibis accept to responsibility! We pulled in for less than 1 minute! Ibis should have made this clear in prior communication!

Good sized clean room. Pleasant staff. Lacked luggage rack, coat hooks and a mirror near a table. Toiletries not the best - basic minimum in used half full containers. No hand towels. Expected more for nearly £100/ night. Bathroom design - why not place toilet roll at side of toilet instead of behind?

The staff were friendly and attentive. The air con in my room would not shut off, even through the wall-mounted control. The staff tried to help through WhatsApp to no avail. I managed to sleep and was offered a complimentary breakfast.
