The lack of adequate heating during cold weather, noise disturbance from the street, and restricted breakfast options are all well below the standard we strive to uphold, and we deeply regret the impact this had on your stay. Please know that we are urgently reviewing these issues with our maintenance, facilities, and F&B teams to address the heating system, and breakfast variety. We are also exploring solutions to improve sound insulation in street-facing rooms.
