Once I found the carpark, which wasn’t clearly signposted, and unfortunately reception did not answer the phone for the 20 mins I was calling them. All good with hotel itself, room modern and very comfortable

Good stay but the shower was broken and water was spurting out of the sides. Also on arrival the room smelled 'frowsy and stale'.
