We enjoyed our 4 night stay in this comfortable hotel. A warm welcome, all staff members were so pleasant and kind. Our room was very clean, lots of space and we slept well. Great experience. Hope to return.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds, but issues were: noisy aircon that couldn’t be turned off (reported the issue but was informed no alternative room was available), poorly cleaned bathroom, and very limited food menu die to some kind of unspecified issue with the kitchen of staff. The bar was also very poorly stocked. Overall, way below what I usually experience with Ibis.

I am pleased to hear that you found the rooms spacious and beds comfortable. However, I sincerely apologise for the multiple issues you encountered: the noisy air conditioning that could not be turned off (with no alternative room available), the poorly cleaned bathroom, the very limited food menu due to an unspecified kitchen issue, and the poorly stocked bar. I've stayed at Ibis Sutton a few times now, when coming to London for appointments. The location is good, just a few minutes walk from Sutton station, the rooms are always comfortable and clean, check-in is easy and staff friendly

I live in a room with disable bathroom. Everywhere is wet. Bad experiance
