Good fit for purpose rooms, super close to train station

Room suited what I needed, not over the top flashy but simple, no fuss and uncomplicated. Lighting design in the rooms isn’t great though (rooms are quite dark). Any issues that occurred were sorted in a reasonable time frame. Great central Sutton location only a 2-3 minute walk to the train station connecting you to Central London. Clean and professional customer service. Overall would recommend.

You were changing booking systems so check in took longer than expected - around 10 minutes, the staff were apologetic and handled it with grace, but then as I was leaving for dinner in the evening they had identified that payment hadn't gone through - even though it showed up twice as pending on my bank statement , they wanted me to settle there and then but I had a train to catch, which I couldn't miss. This really should have been identified at the time, seeing as check in and not 45 minutes later. The rooms were a little cold and it was not possible to adjust the room temperature, it said 22 but it was more like 18.
