I stayed two nights at Adagio London Sutton Point and it was easily the best hotel experience I have had staying in London / Greater London. The apartment style hotel was refreshingly modern (new build), in the heart of Sutton and within minutes of the Sutton railway station and access to buses at the entrance. The 24-hour reception was always staffed by friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was a studio, and very spacious, ultra-clean and included a fully equipped kitchen and a combo washer / dryer (the dryer cycle did not work but this was not a major issue for me). The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a handy heated towel rack and a wonderful rain shower. Overall, this was certainly a 4.5 star stay, and will be my aparthotel for future stays.

I have a problem during check in and check out, we book for 4 night but hotel keep saying 6 night, and Confirmed by my travel agent. It also happened during check out where hotel will charge my company for 6 night.

Please accept my sincerest apologies for the significant and repeated error concerning your booking duration. I understand the frustration and inconvenience caused by being told you had a 6-night reservation at check-in and again at check-out, when you had booked and confirmed a 4-night stay with your travel agent. To resolve this immediately, I have personally instructed our front office and accounts team to correct the reservation in our system and ensure your company is only charged for the correct number of nights.
