I am truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay and the frustration caused by the parking and drop-off situation. This is certainly not the experience we want any of our guests to have, and I deeply regret the inconvenience and dissatisfaction you encountered. While I’m pleased to hear that our reception team, especially Jasmine, provided professional and efficient service, I am disappointed to know that certain issues, including the condition and cleanliness of the room, remained unresolved.
