A great stay. Modern, fun, colourful decor on ground floor. A nice, quiet room, comfortable bed, a good shower with products provided and coffee and kettle available is good to have! Lovely breakfast with a decent choice of items. Really great to be able to use the gym and crew room too. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff.

The Ibis Styles Gatwick as a budget hotel punches well above its weight Fairly in some reviews people comment on small rooms with no storage space, but I doubt many guests stay more than 1 night due to the convenience of its position next to Gatwick airport. We arrived mid afternoon and were quickly checked in, although there was a brief panic when it was thought there were no twin rooms available as booked!! The staff were friendly, helpful and informative, throughout our time there. Our room was on the 6th floor but the clear instructions got us to our room quickly. The rooms are small, but spotlessly clean with facilities to make hot drinks, a great shower and very large television. We had half board which we booked through booking, but only because this option didn’t show on the Accor loyalty app ( well I couldn’t find it anyway) The evening meal was from a varied menu with 2 courses included and a drink. The food was excellent, and bar and kitchen staff were great, many of them were dressed up for Halloween, and they genuinely seemed happy that we were happy. I will definitely use this hotel again in the future.

Location is nice when you have a Gatwick airport transfer. Room a bit dark an I missed a table. Everything looks quite new. I would have liked more Mediterranean breakfast options

Hotel nice, general staff nice, food nice but when I booked it said free parking which was disputed by the manager even after showing him this in writing. So I had to find an alternative which was very inconvenient.
