the machine wouldn’t work a lady was assisting in this but i’d much prefer someone just quickly checked me in so i could go to my bed it was so long and i doesn’t it work, i’ve paid for a service so making guest check in themselves was just not good enough

Even though it was past midnight the welcome to my precooked hotel was excellent. The room was clean and well maintained and was well appointed. The bed was comfortable and gave me a very good night's sleep.
