A very efficient, economic and practical experience. We needed an overnight hotel near Gatwick and this has everything (plus I'm a member, so it's a hotel chain I'll always check). We were able to leave our hire car in the garage for 20-30 minutes at no charge - to unload the luggage before we returned the car. The shuttle to the airport early the next morning was brilliant. The room was small but clean and well equipped. There's a bar and a restaurant. The staff were all smiles - both on arrival and departure. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend this hotel. Marvellous!

What I appreciated most during the trip was the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was immaculate and so were the floors of the room. I appreciated the addition on a second set of pillows and the bed was super comfortable. I think one thing that could have made the experience perfect would have been maybe a bottle of water in the Room but other than that it was great. The staff were kind enough to let me store my bags while I was away for the day.

I did not know what to expect, as I had never stayed at an Ibis Styles property. The hotel was fun and quirky, with little touches of interest such as a car in the middle of the dining area and chairs made of airplane parts! What really made my stay special was the staff. From the moment I walked in, Anita was a lovely, thoughtful, friendly, and helpful person who immediately felt like a friend. She made my stay not only comfortable but special, and I am very grateful to her! Bee joined us in a stimulating conversation that kept me entertained and enlightened. She couldn't have been more helpful or kind. Florin was busy after a key staff member called in ill, but he still took the time to be of service and extend his generosity. When I checked out, Alessio continued the tradition and wrapped up my stay with a smile. The room was comfortable -- one point down because of some stray hairs in the bathroom -- but overall, clean, comfy bed, well-appointed, and very quiet. It was exactly what I needed before an early-morning flight to get me set for a long trip! Thank you to everyone at Ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport for making my stay special. Because of you, I am now actively seeking out other Ibis Styles properties for future travel.

Booked a wheelchair accessible room, however my room was changed from 5th floor to 1st floor, and was not wheelchair accessible, I ended up hurting my hand trying to get through the door, in my chair, this has resulted in quite a bit of bruising and a small cut, the room entrance was just wide enough to go through in my chair, there was no seat in the Shower, and no hand rails for the toilet, so I struggled quite a bit with this.

Located very close to Gatwick, Ubers available 24/7 and can park right out front. Decent but pricey food and drink. Small room but does the job if you’re only staying for an early flight. Bed not very comfortable and creaked with slightest movement.

I spent the night at this hotel as I had a flight from Gatwick early in the morning. It was easy to reach the hotel from the airport via the HB1 shuttle bus which runs every 30 mins and was very punctual. The room was clean and had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable.
