I asked if I could check in early as my flight was before check in. The replied yes promptly. I arrived and the lovely lady found me a room, she said mine wasn't ready, then should found one which was. Room was perfect. Double with shower, tv and kettle. I had a toilet issue was fixed when I returned that evening. Asked for more milk, no problem. Very safe and kind. Would stay again. Highly recommend. Food looked and smelled delicious. Available 24/7.

Lovely hotel, near to Gatwick Airport. Staff are friendly, food is good, beds are comfy. However, rooms are quite small and staff did not know how to add my points for a restaurant spend.
