We would highly recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed here for 1 night as our flight was cancelled and we would definitely come back. The manager Neil was really helpful as we had a couple issues with the booking but all was resolved and he went up and above to resolve it. The hotel is lovely and modern with 5-10 mins drive to the North Terminal. We also had breakfast which was great. Thanks again.

The hotel has a good location and really nice with shuttle bus. The room was clean. The only negative thing was that there was so much noise from outside. You can hear the flights and it’s not possible to sleep well.

Lovely hotel and brilliant staff, they helped us with luggage and great breakfast. The rooms were a decent size, ibis hotel accommodated us at the last minute after the cancellation of our flight to India. This was first class service from them as most hotels were full.

I stayed overnight before a job interview in Crawley. The hotel was 4 minutes away from the office so a great location with parking.

The hotel itself is nicely decorated and the staff were friendly but the checkin system was awfully slow and the extortionate parking prices are less than ideal
