I travel a lot. 100 days plus in Accor hotels this year and this place was magic. Reception staff were amazing. Room was snug and clean and housekeeping outstanding. There is laundry on the 3rd floor which was so helpful and saved me a trip to god knows where. Well done to the management and team of this great hotel

Everything was spot on with my stay. Good location nestled between Gatwick and Crawley with a large shopping park opposite for anything you need. Friendly staff and nice bar area. Neat and tidy room, good wifi, good amenities and good price. Overall can only reccomend.

I stayed in October and paid an £80 security deposit at check-in. I checked out the next day as normal. However, this amount was not refunded and was charged to my card.

Handy for Gatwick morning flight - there’s a regular shuttle from the door. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was modern and very clean. Exactly what we wanted. Was a bit warm at night and the air conditioning didn’t make much of a dent but everything else was great.
