I did not know what to expect, as I had never stayed at an Ibis Styles property. The hotel was fun and quirky, with little touches of interest such as a car in the middle of the dining area and chairs made of airplane parts! What really made my stay special was the staff. From the moment I walked in, Anita was a lovely, thoughtful, friendly, and helpful person who immediately felt like a friend. She made my stay not only comfortable but special, and I am very grateful to her! Bee joined us in a stimulating conversation that kept me entertained and enlightened. She couldn't have been more helpful or kind. Florin was busy after a key staff member called in ill, but he still took the time to be of service and extend his generosity. When I checked out, Alessio continued the tradition and wrapped up my stay with a smile. The room was comfortable -- one point down because of some stray hairs in the bathroom -- but overall, clean, comfy bed, well-appointed, and very quiet. It was exactly what I needed before an early-morning flight to get me set for a long trip! Thank you to everyone at Ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport for making my stay special. Because of you, I am now actively seeking out other Ibis Styles properties for future travel.

Booked a wheelchair accessible room, however my room was changed from 5th floor to 1st floor, and was not wheelchair accessible, I ended up hurting my hand trying to get through the door, in my chair, this has resulted in quite a bit of bruising and a small cut, the room entrance was just wide enough to go through in my chair, there was no seat in the Shower, and no hand rails for the toilet, so I struggled quite a bit with this.
