The highlight of my stay at the Mercure was my interaction with Steve at reception upon checking in. Steve was extremely warm and welcoming and showed a genuine card and interest in me as a customer, even once check-in had been completed. An exemplary display of customer service. My room was adequate and the room service satisfactory, a comfortable evening all round.

Staying here for 1 Week and from my experience of only being here one night can say that the staff are very welcoming and helpful. The man behind the counter was helpful with all my questions and informed me all about the hotel. There was a warm welcome from the restaurant from a man called Tim who was helpful with the menu and a good service.

Stayed at the Mercure for 3 nights with work, hotel big enough for a few people but I was solo. Bathroom a good size as well. The room had a few accessories such as ironing board , Iron, Hairdryer etc. Restaurant on site with bar, good was good, served by Tim who was really helpful. The reception staff were helpful as well.
