At check in we find that our room heating was not working. So we asked for other room and we've received one. They offer us also an mobile heater but I refused because I did not want to have one more extra care, to find a place for it in the small room. Also room does not have wardrobe. The heat in the bathroom is turn on by switch near the light. This is not on or off, it starts when you press that switch and it's on for aproximativ 5minutes. So if you need heat in the toilet you need to prepare in advance 🙁, if not you'll have the heater blowing in your face. Breakfast it's good. Hotel position it's close to the tramway and on foot you can reach center in 30minutes. By the way, room service came and took the towels off the hanger and forgot to put some in return. Was not nornal, because the hanging ones don't need to be changed.

Good location - easy walk to centre. Room is basic but that is what keeps it at a fairly good price. Our room smelled a bit, had to ask for towels and unable to control our heating in room.

Really small rooms and bathroom. I asked for the 2 rooms I booked to be closed to each other but we ended um in different floors. The towels were tiny as well.

Warm welcome and really pleasant experience when checking in and out. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked very nice. The rooms were cleaned everyday and new towels provided. Overall a nice place to stay.
