Warm welcome and really pleasant experience when checking in and out. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked very nice. The rooms were cleaned everyday and new towels provided. Overall a nice place to stay.

Helpful and pleasant staff, comfy beds, quiet rooms, a secure luggage hold room to keep your cases in after you've checked out if you have a later departure The only really nitpick thing I could say was we only had 1 pillow each in our room and would have liked 2 but then we didnt bother to ask and im sure the staff would have accommodated this if we had!

A weeks holiday in Cologne over the Christmas market and my twin brother and I chose the Ibis Koeln Centrum ,stayed here before ,its a hotel I really enjoy staying in. Allocated a twin room on the second floor, comfortable beds ,flat screen tv, spotlessly clean, shower powerful, lovely cosy room. We had breakfast included, breakfast was superb, great choice hot and cold dishes, tea and coffee superb and cold drinks options fantastic, hotel bar was really good, iced cold Kolsch beers and as for location it couldn't be better ,tram stops close by ,around the hotel a good choice for pubs,bars, cafe's and restaurants, all in all a great weeks stay in this wonderful hotel.
