The staff greeted us by name, which was lovely. This was our third stay this year. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good, on the whole, and we love the fresh brown bread and croissants and fresh fruit 😋

I had checked in online for a speedier check in, however I was not welcomed as a gold card holder or offered a welcome drink, the room key was not ready and had to go through the whole check in process again on arrival .
