Staff were extremely helpful -we had a fabulous room (9th floor) with a fantastic view of the city (with cathedral). Breakfast was good quality with a great selection. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location was very good. Room was too small for 2 people. No cupboard for things, just 5 hangers. Toilet space very small. Shower gel was just average.

Location is perfect, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, subway stop is 2 minutes walking. But the best part is the people working in this hotel, the reception staff is very professional, friendly, service oriented, always willing to help with a big smile on their face. Breakfast staff was always kind and kept the breakfast room impeccable. And the housekeeping staff kept the room and the hotel itself very clean.

The staff were kind, welcoming and really looked after the hotel, reception and breakfast area. They were always available to help and assisted at times on instinct. Brilliant to have drinking water available. Breakfast very good, though did not know about the waffle maker until the last morning. The beds were uncomfortable as they were sunken. The air con was so noisy, but needed. The shower water flooded out of the tray.
