We are pleased to hear that you appreciated our helpful and polite staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and our convenient location with good transport connections. We are sorry to learn that the noise from the nearby railway affected your stay. For future visits, we recommend requesting a room on the courtyard side, which is generally quieter. Regarding the snack machine, we would like to mention that we have two vending machines available in the lobby. We do our best to keep them stocked at all times. However, when the hotel is fully booked for several days and many guests return at the same time, items can sell out quickly. As payments are made directly at the machines, it is unfortunately not always possible for our team to immediately notice when products need replenishing. Thank you again for your comments. Room layout is terrible, shower super small, lighting is awful especially the cool colored lighting, very few towels that are very worn out. The only good thing was breakfast.

Well located budget hotel. Basic amenities but that’s expected for the decent price. Staff were very helpful. Room looked clean but mattress smelled a little, and the shower you have to squeeze past the door so larger guests wouldn’t be able to use it.

Expected a bit more for the price. The staff was very friendly an helpful but it is weird you have to ask the staff to open a window. And that they have to ask you not to jump from it because it could only be opened completely and not at the tilted stand (we were on the first floor). Availability to boil some water in an area downstairs.

The staff was helpful and kind, the location was great and breakfast was really good, but the size of the room made our stay uncomfortable. We were 2 friends in a 3 person bunkbed room and stayed for 3 nights. We had nowhere to put our things and found it very hard to give each other any privacy for changing and using the toilet/shower. I appreciate that this was a budget option but would not stay again and would not recommend, except maybe for singles, or couples who are close so privacy would not be an issue.
