Had problems with the front desk waking me up in the middle of the night to solve something that it was already well organized (previously).

Hotel very well located but general services are fairly poor. Long lines on front desk all the time, cleanliness it is not in a good standard. Staff are very friendly Special mention to Adriano on Parking Service and LouisLane on Front Desk, great service.

Service restaurant and reception service by phone is very bad. Time out in calls. Bedrooms not have a basics condictions, for example shampoo and floor dirty. in check-in the time is greater 40 minutes. I don't back again. I have to send an email collecting the invoice. Thank´s.

Next door guests very loud, slammed doors late at night, fought and were annoying till dawn. Didn´t get the rest I needed. Secondly, I am an Accor member, but since I travelled on business and by the company´s policy I had to book through the company´s travel agency and to my surprise, I couldn´t get my reward points. I chose IBIS Barra because I had stayed there in other occasions, the service has always been good and because I wanted to get my Accor reward points. I find it absurd not getting them once I had to follow my company policy by booking at the designated travel agency (CWT). This doesn't happen with the airline companies, for example, where I can always get my fidelity points no matter the way I make the reservation. Disappointed with Ibis and Accor rewards program. Last but not least, when I tried to pay they said it was already paid, which does not proceed. The attendant said it was going to be charged on my business card. I wasn't able to get my receipt and I'm still waiting it from you on my email. I look forward to hearing from you on this matter.
