A noise woke us up at 2 in the morning, a very loud noise that never stopped and they didn't know what it was, and they just changed our room, to a room with a bad window and all the external noise was measured. The next day we wanted to change hotels and they charged us for the night indicating that we had to leave at 2 in the morning so that they wouldn't charge us for the night

I’ve had filled the form for online check-in and even though I’ve done that process I was asked so many questions during check-in plus the attendant made me and my mom sign up for Accor membership which I was already a member, but she created a new one on another email. The room as soon as we entered smelled of strong urine. The window was broken and extractor fan on toilet also broken, we told reception who said they were gonna look into it, they didn’t. Room smelled like urine for our whole stay. The corridor was dirty and not vacuumed at all, guests were leaving their food plates from room service in corridor and it was only removed after 2 days. I’ve ordered a drink at the bar , after waiting for 40 minutes I just left and they didn’t make it.

Very long check-in line & procedure, fridge not working, reception not answering phone, wet floor due to aircon.

Regarding the in-room wine cooler, we would like to clarify that the equipment is designed only to maintain beverages chilled and does not have the same functionality as a conventional refrigerator. Concerning the waiting time at check-in, the reception phone, and the wet floor issue, we apologize for what happened.
