Regarding the in-room wine cooler, we would like to clarify that the equipment is designed only to maintain beverages chilled and does not have the same functionality as a conventional refrigerator. In any case, whenever there is any need or discomfort, our team remains at your disposal to assess and provide an immediate solution. Concerning the waiting time at check-in, the reception phone, and the wet floor issue, we apologize for what happened.
