I love this hotel, is my home in Rio. The service is great, all staff are very "simpático". I just wish the rooms are having goo maintenance, as they are showing wear and tare.

The hotel is very well located in a safe area of Rio. The crew is excellent. The room was well clean, but maintenance should take care better of furniture and appliances.
