The hotel does not provide room service. Merged Mercure and Ibis operation. Does not have bags for laundry, the electronic key breaks each 2 days. The dinner menu is very limited.

Stay in hotel was ok. Below are few remarks that I would like to share:- 1. There was no complementary water bottles as if any one is coming from a long travel he is expecting some welcome drinks to get fresh. 2. There was very limited options for food and food quality & taste was on pretty much normal instead I was preferring to take outside food as they are having much more options and having a very good taste. 3. Hotel location is really great.

The hotel is very clean, comfortable, well located. The rooms are new, bed is very comfortable. I had a very nice stay with my family. Breakfast is not bad, but for Brazilian standards, could be improved. The coffee machine available for espresso and cappuccino was not working, fruit options could be revised. Nice bikes available at reception but expensive, better to rent the public ones in front of the hotel. Pool is too cold; I don’t understand why the Brazilian hotels don’t use solar system for heating these pools. I really wish there were sun loungers and umbrella available on the beach for hotel guests.

I always try and stay in this hotel. It is now modern and in an ideal place in Barra. It is also great value for money. One negative point is the invoice never seems to arrive on my email.
