The room was with cigarette smell, was a damage. I needed to use the iron for my clothes, and was broken in the hotel and the employees told me that it´s was the unique iron . Unbelievable

Both room and lobby full of mosquitoes. When reported to the reception, nothing was done - just empty excuses. Also, there were no razor blade to buy.

Unfortunately, due to the hotel's proximity to a lagoon and the external climatic conditions, the presence of mosquitoes can be more noticeable at certain times of the year. However, we want to assure you that we are taking proactive measures to mitigate this problem. We are increasing the frequency of pest control treatments both within the hotel and in the surrounding areas to manage the mosquito population. Additionally, we offer plug-in mosquito repellents at the reception for the added comfort of our guests. Please do not hesitate to request one of these devices during your next stay. Well located. Good breakfast. Outdated, not well maintained. Needs paint, replacing the ceiling tiles, etc, etc

the bed horrible, with something scratching and dirty matress, bed in general more or less, there are not american outlets or any american adaptors. the restaurant and the food have to work to improve, service is almost unattended for small dish takes 30-40 minutes and not people there only 3 persons, i think need to work much more for the tips.
