Our minibars are stocked with beverages, and complimentary flavored water is also available in the lobby. As part of our commitment to reducing single-use plastics, water is provided in cans rather than plastic bottles. Regarding tissue boxes, this item is not part of the standard amenities offered by the ibis brand. The welcome team was really well trained. We arrived at 4am because our room was cancelled on other hotel and the team gave us a friendly welcome and solved our problems so we could rest as fast as posible!

In terms of location it is good, staff is also cooperative but in terms of stay there are areas which needs improvement as compare to other Ibis hotels in different countries, starting from wardrobe which are very small in terms of hight even a jacket can not be fit in properly, Iron not available on request you have to go to another dedicated room, there is no complimentory water bottle availble, water in minibar available in the cans which you cant leave open if you can not finish it in one go. No tissue box available in the room.

The hotel was clean, with supportive staff. However, I lost $200 that I had left in the room towards the end of the visit. I am not sure who accessed the room, whether it was room service individual or any other. Ensure that staff don't pick what they are not supposed to.

The staff were great and I enjoyed the breakfasts, which had a lot of variety to start the day. Sometimes noise from the highway penetrated through my sleep over the week I stayed but honestly, a very chill and comfortable place to rest during a very busy week. I really love that all the staff cleaning rooms greeted me with warmth and recognition every morning. That's what you need when you're away from home.

The location was safe and very close to the Olympic Park and Shopping Metropolitano Barra, making it a nice location if you have nearby events (e.g., at RioCentro or Farmasi arena). The only negative was the many ants, which will quickly come by if you eat food inside the room.

Extremely humid rooms and halls. Even conditioner does not always help. Upon check-in, you are welcomed with a severe moldy smell. All floors are cracked and split. I brought some sand into the room on my feet once — it was not cleaned for a couple of days. Breakfasts are simple and mainly tasteless. Finally, a receptionist tried to make a transaction that I did not approve, which is just off-limits.
