I had visited Ibis Hotel during my bissness travel. Hotel is clean and personnel at reception is helpfull. Breakfast at Ibis hotel was very tasty. Variety of products were sufficient. Atmosphere here was nice and friendly. Maria managed all in perfect way. There is a lot off space around reception, you can seat and wait or rest.

We had medical conference at Riocentro during 25-28 Sep and this hotel was convenient for us. Because of ACCOR membership, we selected IBIS. The initially provided room was not made up. So, they changed to another one. Room 107 was quite clean with comfortable beds. There was water leaking from the AC but the hotel did not do anything except putting towels on the floor. Some hotel staff could not speak English and this was obstacles to guests. However most of them were friendly. Breakfast had many selection but less tasty. Our key cards were out of order off and on. Overall, the hotel was OK for us.

Even asking for repair the AC remained with a strong noise during the night

Why this always happen? Please, send me the f**** invoice! Every time during checkout the staff says the invoice will be send by email, but it never arrives. It is necessary to beg that. Anoying!
