Horrible smell in the corridor and room, had to air the room for more than an hour to make it ok. Only stayed for 1 night after concert, so didnt go to the fuzz of complaining and changing rooms. The rooms need care, you see that they are worn down. I had room 128 I think. The pool (the reason i booked the hotel)is in an atrium with limited privacy. Not really inviting. Breakfast is top however for me the overall experience not worth the money 🤷🏻‍♀️ And special thanks to the bartender, he makes an awesome caipirinha. The attention for detail he has for his preparations is an example for the rest of the organisation/ staf… It is that TLC that is needed in the rest of the hotel.
