The sink in the bathroom was never draining. There were hardly enough items in the room to make a cup of tea including absence of milk. The TV was all in spanish/Portuguese without option for English?

Very nice staff,kind and pleasant ,willing to help.speak English Just had one difficulty in the restaurante as I invited my daughter to have breakfast with us and wasn`t allowed to put it on our room account so she had to pay herself, as I didn´t have my purse with me and my husband was stii in our room. It was meant to be a treat.

I needed to book the night before for early arrival. The travel agent had difficulty to make that clear. Check in took 30 minutes and was done wrong. I had to come back to pay the right amount. In the end, I was double charged for one night (charged for the early arrival separately on Saturday night...then also charged for Saturday to Thursday nights directly). The room needed maintenance. It had a musty smell. The sink did not drain correctly. The toilet water ran excessively. In the exercise room, one treadmill had a belt that was slipping and not acceptable for running. The restaurant food was good, but the espresso machine was broken all week. I would not stay here again.

The basics worked well - decent shower, good bed, large tv, breakfast ok. However, food was cold on the one room service I ordered and the phone in one of the rooms did not work for the whole stay, despite several requests to fix it. The reception team was nice.
