Comfortable beds with good food and peaceful atmosphere. The AC unit is cooling all the time with no temperature control. The Main Shower Head is not operating. The floor was not clean.

Well located. Easy access to mall

The room looked like it was flooded before. The floor was bad not a clean look. There were little bugs crawling around in the shower ceiling. I saw a couple around the phone by the bed. The tv stand almost tipped over on me when I set my room service tray down on it. One of the electrical sockets did not have a plug in it. No lamp or couch in room. Sink in the bathroom would not drain. No water in fridge in either room I stayed in, I had to call to get water. I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay. 331 was good. 143 not good at all. Food was great no complaints. Room service was great as well very prompt.
