The location is good close to the exhibition center; staff are friendly and helpful. room is tiny but reasonable. Breakfast is not too bad either.

poor breakfast- me and my 3 colleguaes did not find what to eat, from warm was only eggs check out was quite long because in check out was made mistake from employee and need to pay again city tax. Good that I saved printed receipt from bank. Asked to send me invoiced which i paid for 76 eur ja 8eur. Two mail were sent inovice for 672 eur which is hard to understand whta inside, because we paid on bookin. com 1700 eur and in check in I paid additionally 76+8 eur. in bathroom was too cold.

I was really well received each time I went to the reception. The staff was really nice, helpful and I really want to thanks them. I was also really repriced that your policy accept to keep medicine in the fridge at the reception as I had another hotel the night before that refused me this really helpful service. It was a single room so a little bit small, but exactly what I paid for so no complaint and it was really clean. I just didn’t add the breakfast as it was really too expensive. I am sure there was a nice buffet, but for person like me 1 coffee and 1 pastries is suffisant so it could be nice to have that kind of option and not the whole buffet. Just an idea. To conclude: special thanks to the staff that were there all my stay.
