The room was clean and the staff were extremely helpful, especially Danya, the bar tender, who gave personalised service to all his customers and remembered the orders. He always greeted with a smile and warmth. The only thing I would take issue with is the dynamic pricing. I've had to book another stay in January 2026 for medical treatment at the nearby hospital. One night is £75 and the other is over £200, because apparently there's a conference that week. I just need a hotel room as cheap as possible for two nights, and to have one night three times the price of the one before feels like a rip off. Nobody likes dynamic pricing except the stock holders

Overall good stay But for tall people the bathroom is tiny
