Although this was my first visit to the city of Frankfurt, I did not feel anxious once I checked into my hotel. It was easy to access the city from here, avoiding unsafe areas, and with transportation available from the immediate vicinity.

Customer service was great, but could have used another person at the check-in counter. Room was smaller than other Ibis hotels I've stayed at, and bathroom had barely enough space to move. Location was close to the central train station on the waterfront.
