The main point that I will mention here is the room - it was exceptionally small and also for me as a platinum member I was not offered any option for upgrade and I was also not informed that the room is so small, also I believe I was staying in the room number 006 and the water was leaking from the shower cabin, because the bathroom was so small the entire floor was wet, I was provided only with two towers so after I used it after shower, I had to put it on the floor so the entire water can soak in.

The check-in process was a bit time consuming and despite having two people working, there was a bit of wait in line to get to check-in. The hotel was very clean - the breakfast was good. The room was a bit small, but it was ok for one person. I am not sure the size of the other style rooms. The location was great, it is just a few blocks from the train station. There are bus stops and tram stops also near by. It is right along the river with beautiful views or the park area and the water.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Very pleasant bar area and great food in the evening when too tited to eat out. The staff were friendly and we asked for a quite room andm indeed it was.
